Can we give no stars. They literally can't make a sandwich and deliver it within 2 hours. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE

This location took 1.5 hrs for me to receive my order. Ordered at 12:20pm didn't get my food until 1:50pm. They did call and warn us the bread was being made and would take 35 min at 12:50pm, but then later used an excuse of shift change, not having delivery drivers, but never called to tell me that. I would've gone to pick up if that was the case. They should've had enough bread made before opening, they should've called and told me no one could deliver and offered to comp me. When I called and asked where the sandwiches were they told me multiple times "oh it's on the way.. they should be there soon..." etc. I waited 10 min after each time and eventually said where is the delivery driver exactly? Can you track him? Can you call him? The answers were no no no. I was a 3 min drive, a less than15 min walk. No excuse, no apologies until I said "alright if you really think it's 5 min away, why don't you stay on the phone with me so until they get here so you can feel my pain of waiting for an hour and a half." FINALLY that made them call the delivery driver and he showed up. Many issues: Why was there no bread at lunch time? Why was there a "shift change" at lunch time? Why was I not notified they were waiting on a delivery driver? Why did they lie multiple times they were 5 min out? Why did the "manager" have to ask other coworkers if they could track the delivery driver? Do not support this location. Abby Abby

I used to order from here all the time. There used to be zero issues. Now, for the past several orders in a row, I have had something wrong. The problems range from: missing toppings, arriving extremely late or never arrive at all, or missing an extra item (such as chips, cookie, or a drink). The only reason I don't give it a 1 star is because every time I have called and complained, they have taken care of the issue. If you want an accurate and quick meal, this is not the place to order. Since there hasn't been any sign of improvement, I will just have to take my business elsewhere.

With past years of experience working/eating at jj’s I never truly expect perfection. Today I got 2 J.J. BLT’s which were absolutely perfect and should be used as future reference in all textbooks for centuries to come

Called last week to make sure I was in the delivery area they told me yes a week later they decide to change their mind and not deliver to me kind of messed up. Don't recommend

Worst customer service experience of my LIFE. 1/12 I order lunch, doesn't come - an hour and a half later I call and cancel and ask for a refund. The guy says that he'll put it back on my card - I ask him if he needs my name or order number, simply says "I've got it" and "it will take 3-5 business days to show up". I call a week later, still haven't gotten the credit on my card, the guys is huffing and puffing the entire time and saying things like "I don't know what you want me to do". I asked if maybe I could get my meal for free today since I had not received the order or credit - nope, impossible for some reason. Asked if there was someone else that could help me if he couldn't - nope, he's the manager. FML... guess I'll never get my money back. Worth it, honestly, to never have to deal with that guy again.

Placed an order tonight for pickup (it’s about 9pm almost when we placed it). An email came in saying that it would be ready tomorrow even though on the website and everything online says that this location is open until 10 PM. So I called the store just to make sure and the person who answered the phone said that they actually close at nine, but they’re going to go ahead and make it for us anyway because of the wrong times online. I just wanted to leave a review and say how much I appreciate that and that it definitely shows good management in my opinion! The only reason why I didn’t do five stars is simply because my boyfriend hasn’t gotten back with the food so I don’t have it yet and don’t want to rate on an aspect that I haven’t tried yet, although I’m sure it will be great and I’m happy to update afterwards!

It took two and a half hours and multiple phone call attempts to finally get our order and we are only half a mile from the store. There was no apology, no coupon or credit, and to top it off the sandwiches were incorrect. The customer service is abysmal.

lazy delivery workers work on Sundays. weekdays seems fine because there are multiple business ordering sandwiches for lunch and so during these shifts, employees seem to actually care. on the weekends however, they do not. and upon ordering yesterday I had a delivery driver from this location tell me she was not going to get out of the car and deliver my sandwich to my door. she ended up leaving it downstairs by the mailbox which is not what I put in my instructions at all. she just didn't want to go up a flight or two of stairs because of laziness. whoever works that shift on Sundays needs to be replaced.

Waited for an hour and never got my food. Called and asked if I needed to just cancel it and was told it was on the way out the door. Im 10 minutes away max and waited another hour and called again. Was told it was still in store and would be next to be delivered. If you can't make your deliveries don't accept delivery orders. Terrible service and lack of communication. I'd give you 0 stars but I have to give 1.
