I ordered on Thursday, September 26th and the man who brought my food was kind, friendly, and extremely fast. I normally order well in advance from here because there have been times it has taken over an hour for the food to come, but he had it in my hand in about 20 minutes. I hope this is a consistent change for this location as the food is always good.

Got a turkey clubsub sandwich..It was our first time eating here. I will be back soon. We both enjoyed it. It was Delicious.. I hate it doesn't have a parking lot. My husband & I went on a Saturday doing lunch time so the parking wasn't that bad.

As good as a Jimmy John’s can be. The one time in like 4 years they got my order wrong they hooked it up with free sub right away. My go to fast sandwich in five points
this is the worst jimmy johns location to ever exist. staff doesn't care. they drop food off at the wrong address, then get upset when you call to inquire like it's your fault they messed up your order. not "freaky fast" by any means. Just like most businesses here in Birmingham, they are hiring just anybody, and the people they are hiring have terrible work ethic and truly don't care. This city needs major improvement.

Ordered with an estimated time of 20 mins, after 60 mins I called to get and update and the staff told me they were running late but I was the next stop. Called again after 100 mins and was told the same thing. I cancelled my order after 110 mins and will never order from here again

Walked in the cashier was working on something on the other side of the register came around and took my order, and Ipaid cash for my food and immediately the cashier went to the gloves and started fixing my sandwich without washing his hand's after going through the register to give me change. I asked for a refund. I was so disgusted. Around 8:15pm 2.13.24

I have ordered from this location many times. I had never had a problem until the last 2 orders. The first time I thought it was a fluke. We waited over 2 hours to get our food. Today I ordered and received notification within 10 mins it was out for delivery. It has now been 1 hour, and 1 phone call later assuring me it should be here any moment. I still have no lunch.
