I ordered on Thursday, September 26th and the man who brought my food was kind, friendly, and extremely fast. I normally order well in advance from here because there have been times it has taken over an hour for the food to come, but he had it in my hand in about 20 minutes. I hope this is a consistent change for this location as the food is always good.

Got a turkey clubsub sandwich..It was our first time eating here. I will be back soon. We both enjoyed it. It was Delicious.. I hate it doesn't have a parking lot. My husband & I went on a Saturday doing lunch time so the parking wasn't that bad.

this is the worst jimmy johns location to ever exist. staff doesn't care. they drop food off at the wrong address, then get upset when you call to inquire like it's your fault they messed up your order. not "freaky fast" by any means. Just like most businesses here in Birmingham, they are hiring just anybody, and the people they are hiring have terrible work ethic and truly don't care. This city needs major improvement.
