I will just continue to go to Publix for my sub sandwiches from now on. Thought I would give this location an opportunity but was very disappointed in the service and way I was treated when I had additional questions. I won't be back. Not missing out on anything. If you have any expectations, just save yourself sometime and dont walk in. Publix is just as fast and has much better customer service and ingredients.

Ordered a veggie sub and they left off the tomatoes. The sandwich was literally bread, cheese, and skimpy lettuce. Who wants to eat that?? Whoever made this should have reviewed it before serving it to someone.I picked it up to go and didn’t realize until I got home. It looks like Jimmy John’s corporate is simply trying to pass the buck to the franchise owner. Save it, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

My children and I were going to have a picnic at the botanical gardens nearby so we stopped by Jimmy John's to order sandwiches and potato chips to go. The counter person was unattentive and acted like he wanted to be elsewhere. He expected us to tip when I went to pay with my credit card. We had questions about her order but he had already walked off. I asked if we could have our food put in a bag and he rudely pointed to the counter and said "there's a bag you can grab that." we will not be back.

Ordering through the app is super easy with Jimmy John's. I will say I don't eat here much, and my visit to this Hoover location was my first one in years. It's kind of confusion cause while I waited in the pickup area, my order wasn't there. When I finally asked the cashier, he pointed me towards another pickup area location that still took me a while to find once he pointed me in the opposite corner from where I was waiting. I ended up loving my food. I highly recommend their chocolate chip cookie! it's huge! It's also made with real Ghiradelli chocolate pieces.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this Jimmy johns. First time it took 2 hours to get my food the second time said it was delivered and was not and now this time I had to go pick up my own food and didn't get a refund for anything not even the delivery fee I paid to have it delivered. Very very unhappy with this location. They could of made it right by giving me money back since I did have to go pick it up.

Consistent product, never a miss. Freaky fast at a great price point.10/4/21 update. Not sure what has happened to this location but quality and consistency are gone. The latest order included a request for extra Turkey, lettuce and onions. It contained none of those. I was charged or course. When you point this out to Jimmy John’s corporate, the response is, “thanks, we will let the store know”. Apparently, this means absolutely nothing and there’s no interest in actually correcting. If a company is not even willing to make things right, move on. That tells you all you need to know.
This Jimmy John's location has always been good. The service is good. I have been in right before closing time (which I hate to do) and the employees were nice and kind. They did not make me feel rushed. I'll be back, but hopefully way before closing.
