Went to this restaurant on a Saturday the place was pretty busy but we were able to order and then sit at our table. The staff was very friendly and the service was great.we both ordered a k-dog which were excellent 👌🏾 and not normal menu items so we got lucky to catch them serving them today. Joyland in Birmingham is the kind of place you don’t just stumble upon—you hear about it, try it, and then can’t stop thinking about it. Excellent burgers, much more prep and thought invested in them than in your run-of-the-mill hamburger. Yeah, I’m sure you have a crazy fun uncle who takes pride in making good burgers on July 4th weekend, but imagine if he were actually a professionally trained chef who knew the science behind burger making.
