This was our first visit to Jubilee Joe's, but it won't be our last. The food we ordered was amazing. The Etouffè was the best I have ever eaten, wonderful flavor and a nice kick of heat. We enjoyed it so much, we got some to go. The Seafood Gumbo was top notch. Again amazing flavor. The service was fantastic, as well. Friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Update: 2nd trip, October 2025:
Whoever is making this food has the best Etoufee recipe I’ve ever had. Don’t tell my family. And I hate to break it to all the expensive “original” restaurants by the water that I’ve been to… but this one is top tier for me. I will order this every single time from now on. Please do not change it. I would really love the recipe!
This time the oysters were still very good, but a little over done. & The beignets were delicious and soft.

1st trip, September 3rd 2025:
I had the best Rockefeller oysters I’ve ever had here.
I mean better than I’ve had at the ocean a bazillion times.
We came in a bout 30 mins before closing and they happily took us and served us some amazing food.
Shrimp and grits were great too. All of it was. Even the kids food. Sweet tea was great. Hushpuppies were great. I was very impressed and that’s hard to do with seafood/cajun for me. I’m usually “meh, could’ve been better.” I’ll be back.
