“I'm not saying City Bowls is the best thing since sliced bread, but I'm not not saying that either. I mean, have you ever had a smoothie that's so good it'll make you wanna sing? No? Just me? Okay, moving on. The pitaya, strawberry, and apple juice base was like a tropical vacation in a bowl, and the toppings were like the fun activities you do on said vacation - pineapple, mango, raspberries, blackberries, and dried goji berries, oh my! And don't even get me started on the gluten-free granola, fresh shaved coconut, honey drizzle, and bee pollen sprinkle - it was like the cherry on top of a sundae (or in this case, the bee pollen on top of a smoothie bowl). But seriously, after eating this, I felt like a new person - more alert, sharper focus, and my back and knees were like 'what inflammation?' So yeah, you guys need to try this place, it's the real deal.“

I stopped by TeaSpoon at The Summit and had a great experience! The Assam tea was smooth, rich, and full of flavor—exactly what I was hoping for. “Fast service, friendly staff, I didn't have any idea what I wanted but jaylen and Yyvon help me pick out a delicious smoothie....it seemed that the managers were hiding in the back when I told the girls in the front the trash in the bathroom and out front was full the managers l had the girls upfront stop what they were doing instead of picking up their weight.....as a manager in a restaurant I was highly disappointed in the management staff. Again the girls up front were attentive and very helpful. As manager myself in the same industry I would recommend a more interactive experience with the customers. Tips the ladies up front they were amazing!“
