Staff was polite in drive thru. Went by tonight because Thanksgiving is tomorrow and didn’t want to cook. The biscuits are so hard they crumble, you have to hang them on counter and they are like dust. The chicken “original” is dry.. I mean been under the light for 12 hours dry. Disgusted that I just dropped $30 there. I’ve been before and it’s been fresh. This was not fit to serve. I would have waited for fresh to be cooked. I want me money back!

I'm so tired that every time we go there it's always a wait. They seem to be happy to say that they don't have any food available. The drive thru be closed, but you see the workers standing doing nothing...

Customer service is terrible not professional at all I’ve never seen a manager (woman) that argue with customers as if they don’t have a clue about customer service they don’t care how they send food out so check your food before you leave they are always out of something but most of what I’m mad about the way the staff treated us the guys and the lady manager were so rude and unprofessional never should anybody be employed for the rude people I experienced today 2:30 up to 5 pm yall should really be ashamed all I can say ignorance at its best.on top of the manager covering her name tag and the smart talking dude saying he not obligated to give his name is a joke drinks always flat I can go on and on don’t waste your money that’s all I can say

Went by there about 11:00. Assuming it was a manager that came to the door said they were closed due to the fact that workers did not come to work she said she did not know when they were going to open up due to the lack of employees

I went to this KFC and apparently if you order 3 mashed potatoes and gravy, you get 3 mashed potatoes but you only get 2 gravy. I'm just trying to see how this makes sense

I haven’t been to this location in years and my experience was unbelievable! I drove around to the drive thru where a car in front of me had been sitting while. Finally she drove around to the window and I approached the menu. A gentleman spoke and asked for my order. He immediately said “ original will not be up for another 7 minutes”. I started to place my order and asked about the # 3 and 4. The gentleman hesitated and answered with frustration in his voice. I placed my order and said well the original should be ready soon and he said three minutes. So, I said good it should be ready by the time I get around to pay for my food and he said no. When I drove around ans began to tell him what I wanted to drink and ask about a Mountain Dew he quickly told me To GET OUT OF HIS DRIVE THRU! I was holding up his line!!!! There was one car behind me and regardless how and who does this!! When I asked his name he hesitantly said it was Terrance “ he was the manager” he refused to give me the district (GM) names or phone numbers. He said he was everything then said they were off for the holiday!! This is unprofessional and just down right nasty and RUDE!!

Operating business hours says it opens at 10:30. I arrive at the drive through @ 10:45. Lady says we'll be open at 11:30 . I respond with but it says you're already open . Yet no service
