Me and my son visited the store to purchase dinner . There was clearly chicken available. The lady behind the counter had a horrible attitude. She stated(talking about long drive through ) “tell they ass to go home and cook , we don’t have no food .” That was very unprofessional. If that’s the case then why is she on the clock working ? If it wasn't for customers she wouldn’t be needed. Some people shouldn’t be working within customer service establishments.

Was told they didn’t have any food at 815 pm, mentioned calling corporate and the story changed. They don’t want to work after 8 pm. They lying about not having food instead of cooking because they’re preparing to get off work. Customer service sucks as well!!! Definitely NOT coming back!!!!! Really need to shut this mess down

Went to place an order today and the crew. That is there this morning before? 12 o'clock was very unpleasant. Very rude, very disrespectful. I was told one thing in the drive. Through got to the window and the order was different. I was told I could make my own selection of what it is that I want it and it will be one price then when I get there, there's another exit receptionist or clerk to explain it to me. Manager came to the front of the window and became very rude. And out of place you need a new team.That's why your rating is what it is that attitude?The atmosphere of the ladies that work there are unacceptable.You need to fire all and get a new team again thank you

This location is the worst in my opinion. The customer service people have poor work ethics I do not care what I order it is always wrong when I open my bag! Every time. You will never get an answer if you call. They will never reply if you leave a vm either.

Today it seemed the manager was in a bad mood.I think there was only 3 people at work.because she wasnt friendly I didnt want to eat my food after I bought it.I know there are a lot of problems in fast food industry,but these attitudes of the workers make me not want to shop fast food.
