I ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up they had no chicken or apple pie poppers. But they have a sign that says No Refunds. How does that work when you order on the app? No one knows. They just left me standing and waiting without talking to me about a solution. Very rude and not respectful to customers time. I waited 20 mins for my food. I won't be back to this location.

Tried to eat was not allowed to eat in..told had no tenders by staff walking around parking lot talking to each other. Drive thru not manned. Was the worst experience and waste of time. Been to this location 3 times now and gets worse every trip.

I went to KFC yesterday 3/10/24 to get a family meal because, I did not feel like cooking. I was told that I would have to wait for 18 minutes for the pieces that I wanted in my meal. I told them that was fine on the wait. When, I got home I did not look at the chicken, I went to sleep and when I woke up later to get ready to feed my family , I was so shocked to see how the chicken looked under cooked and full of oil. It was bad enough that they did not have green beans. I spent over $50 and was given a very bad deal on my food. If, I could post my pictures I would because, I want someone in management to have a talk with the cook on how chicken supposed to be cooked. I will not go back again.

The original recipe chicken was ready, so I ordered extra crispy. This chicken was top salty, and there was about a 10 min wait for fries.
Took 15 min to get 2 orders of nuggets and an order fries that was COLD!!!!

Order was placed for pick up and was showing ready for pick up on the app but we had to wait in the drive through line because the lobby was closed. There should have been no waiting!! Aaannndd... I had to get out of the car to find out the doors are locked by trying to go in.... there was the order on the counter so.... our food is getting cold while WE WAIT WHEN WE SHOULDNT BE WAITING....and my kid's smoothie is melting.

Where do I start about this one. The drive thru was down so I went in and should have stayed in my car and went somewhere else. To make this story short and quick. We were traveling from Florida headed back home on a Sunday and nothing to grab to eat but was 1 of 2 places I saw and wanted this well I should have never stopped. The service was slow and terrible. No working restroom the line wasn't that long and patrons that had already placed orders had frowns on their faces so I just walked out. No ordering that day
