I asked for original but got crispy! They said it was original. I have been eating KFC all my life and if they're changing from original to crispy, just say that! This is the 3rd KFC I have been to and they tell me the chicken is original but it's not! Plus the chicken is so small now! Just gone go out of business with this crap!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this KFC. I ordered a Number 7 and specifically asked for 2 breasts and 1 thigh. The employee taking my order paused and acknowledged it, but when we got to the window, we were given the wrong items. I brought this to the manager’s attention, and he said he would correct the order once we got home. Not only was the order never corrected, but the manager’s promise turned out to be false. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable—lying to customers and failing to resolve mistakes shows a lack of integrity and respect. Very frustrated and disappointed with the service.

Horrible service by a young lady name li diamond on fb who was the manager at the time. All I wanted was what i paid for but got nothing but attitude. I was told she gave me what she wanted me to have on my doordash order be what I paid for was cooking. Refused to give me her name but commented under my fb post laughing about the situation. All I asked for was the correct food

I came in for the Peace and quiet and spend some Jesus time.
Then a older man came in complaining about something and upset. Turns out that he just wanted to fuss about really Lord knows what?
He seemed confused and the manager was kind and trying to replace his order from before? But again he just wanted to fuss..
I went over and gently tried to help, but he just kinda fused a little more and left.. LOL
I see God placed me here this morning to pay...
Management here is totally awesome. Good is so good..( I'm picky about chicken ) This will be my spot from time to time..

On Wednesday night around 7:30 on Jul 16th the lobby was closed down and drive through was really backed up. I wanted two wings and two legs but I was told that the wings would take 25 more minutes and I was already upset about the long minutes that I waited to get someone in the beginning that I settled for 4 crispy legs, fried pickles (DISGUSTING)!!!!!!! and an extra biscuit. When I finally get to the cashier I notice that the car in front of me was asked to park and wait. I get to the window still waiting a while and my order came to 19.00 but was told to park my car because food wasn't ready!!!!!!!! After the first car that was parked in front of me waited at least 15 minutes and this guy comes out give their order but had to go back and get something he must've forgotten and the car pulled off. Now I'm waiting another almost 15 minutes and the guy comes out does not say sorry for the wait (none of that courtesy stuff) I checked my order and of course in stead of getting four legs... I got three. I was telling the guy about my order and then another customer walked up and was complaining about his order. The guy who brought my order out started talking with the guy and completely ignored me. After awhile I am saying to the representative hey can you get my order. This big guy turned and yelled at me that I HEARD YOU!!!!! OK WASTING MORE TIME!!!!!!!!!!! After awhile this other guy comes out with the one leg and I told him that I ordered and paid for an extra biscuit and did not have it. This guy actually had some manners and stated that he was sorry and would be right back. That made me feel a little better. Y'all... I didn't think that it could get worse. The chicken was not seasoned. Not the chicken KFC is noted for and the mashed potatoes was so old that I left the food out because WE REFUSED TO EAT THAT GARBAGE!!!!!!!!! I was going to take it back but I know me and it would not have ended well because at this point I am FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I SPENT ALL THAT TIME BUYING THIS GARBAGE TIL I HAD HAD IT. THE WAITED TIME, THE RUDENESS, NOT GETTING MY ORDER STRAIGHT. IT WAS TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! OK
So... I was getting ready to throw this mess out and decided to take pictures of the food and guess what I discovered???????? Mold on top of mashed potatoes!!!!@@@@@@!!!!
I tell you no lie. I have pictures. These restaurants need to be held accountable for the people they hire and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE FOOD THAT THEY ADVERTISED. I just had to get that out. Just pitiful. And it won't get any better. The mashed potatoes had had to be old. I understand that the first guy was frustrated but that's his job. Dealing with the public is not easy so if you can't handle the pressure find another line of work. You work the job...

Had to wait for chicken tenders to cook, but honestly, I didn't mind at all. Everyone was friendly and made it not seem that long. I had 2 separate orders, and one was complicated and larger than the other.
But, it was the fact that not just the cook offered to help me carry everything to the car, but so did another customer. So, this is the KFC I will come to every time. That was kindness. Most people don't care if your hands are full or if you can't quite get it all or if you fall on your face. The manners on both gentlemen said a lot, and I am grateful.
Chicken is crispy and fresh. The sides don't taste like they've been sitting out for a week. The biscuits were light and fluffy. I don't think I've ever had a problem at this location, but this was an exceptional visit. There were 2 young women working the counter and drive-thru, and both had smiles on their faces and carried on light conversation while apologizing for the wait. The cook was polite and funny. Even asked how I was doing. Not many fast food places have people who care to be at work, and it shows. But, this crew had it together.
It made an impression on me and that it was what stayed with me. I thought they should be recognized for their thoughtfulness and how polite and kind everyone was on this visit. Every now and then, you find a place with people that leave you smiling. This was the evening crew, by the way. Made it worth every penny.
