Went yesterday and got a boba milk tea…the customer service provided here is severely lacking. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this and provides training on what good customer service is. So rude here. Boba tea is okay dont know if ill be returning here bc of the service…

Check your drinks before you leave. I had already left and i had weird looking ice in my drink and after close inspection i noticed a fruit fly in my drink.Thank God i had not drank more than a few sips but even then i feel like throwing up 😩😩 I couldnt even go back bc i was 15 min up the road already. Sooo upset!!!

The drinks are so good I recommend the Dragon and rose it tastes so good with the strawberry boba balls, it tastes to good, and it looks so pretty, and the taste is so wonderful, and the service is amazing.So I recommend you go to this place. The mall in Hoover, second floor, and the name is Kokee tea, so go to this place, and it look so beautiful.
this place sucks. the owner / manager is an awful rude man who makes terrible teas and never cleans the ice machine. theres black mold in the ice machine. do NOT order here
