Second time in a row we couldn't get any food. 1st time the lady wouldn't come to the speaker or window, and last night we were told Door Dash orders only. Do they just not want any business? Taco Bell and Whataburger have long lines of people and Krystals won't ever serve any food. This has happened a lot in the past when they said their register was down. I'm worried they won't last much longer doing business like this.

We had to wait a bit for our food becoz 1 of Andy gave 1 of our orders to the wrong customer. So then we had to wait even longer. Uwas getting frustrated but I understand becoz I worked in a fast food place a few times. And I used that employee has autism but I have a grandchild that has that as well, but my grandchild is really worse than that young man, he first waited on me messed up the first order and brought someone else to take care of my order and get it straighten it out.We ate lunch and then bought to take some home too. I love the Trussville location! It's convenient for me because I live in the area and I often go into the city and stay late. We even got some door dashed at 1 am! That's unheard of in Trussville. Food was hot and exactly what we ordered.

I swung in here after getting gas while on the road. I haven’t had a Krystal’s in decades. I wasn’t even sure they still existed. I went through the drive thru. Food was done fast, and was just like I remembered it. Service was friendly. All in all glad I made the
