La Fiesta offers some of the best Mexican food in town with consistent quality in their menu, staff, and drinks. The cheese dip and salsa are delicious, and both beef and chicken dishes are excellent. The taco burrito enchilada combo and steak lunch fajitas were really good, served with homemade hot sauce. Although the restaurant could use an update to the interior, the food remains a highlight, making it worth the visit. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, contributing to a great dining experience whether it's a busy night or a quick lunch visit. The restaurant is located near a Plaza with plenty of parking, making it easy for guests to visit. La Fiesta is a good choice for anyone who enjoys Mexican food and wants a nice atmosphere.
