This is an independent/non-chain restaurant. The food I ordered was AWESOME! Everything! I ordered a bake leg quarter with candied yams, baked beans, cornbread for my main meal. Also ordered a grilled bologna sandwich. The food was warm, tasty, great amount/portions. So...I read all of the reviews before I came myself to taste the food, mostly great reviews except for a couple of reviews. One review said the food was bland(no taste) and I can say that's a lie. I don't know who mad the reviewer upset but let's not lie now. I would've gave all 5 stars but the place needs to be updated with new tables, paint, etc. They also have an 99 health department rating, so their really clean. My husband and I went today for dinner.We both were very pleased with what we got.I got greens, dressing, yams, and meat loaf.My husband got Greens, Bake Chicken, and Dressing.Everything was delicious but that Dressing hit the spot.Thanks and we will be back.
