This is the only pizza place that has not made me depressed since moving back from CT/NYC. The crust is EXCELLENT, perfect even. The toppings quality is excellent.The only thing I didn’t like was the sweetness and low acidity of the red sauce.

I was a little worried that the wings would be soggy because they were breaded and flavored. Oohhh boy was I wrong!!! Very crispy, the service was awesome, the pizza is the best I’ve had since moving to Birmingham. Being from Buffalo, NY I feel like we have the best pizza this was up there!!

First responders know good pizza and Iron City is good pie! It’s conveniently located on Birmingham’s Southside with street parking available. Once you step inside you’ll forget you’re in the city in a good way. Atmosphere was up tempo, service was fast and friendly and the food choices were countless! Dine in or carry out…I’ve enjoyed both. Iron City is my first suggestion to visitors who brag about the pizza in their city. “My pizza place is better than yours!” Try Iron City!

The service was ok. The pizza looked amazing. But later on that night my stomach was hurting. I got in the shower before goin to bed . I threw up in my shower all the red sauce came up . I just left work because I couldn’t work with my stomach hurting and my burps tasted like that red sauce . I don’t think we’ll be visiting this place again . This is the first time that we have had any problems. My daughter stomach is hurting as well.
We had 4 different pizzas and all were very good. 10 people plus a baby. Service was very attentive to help us get in and out before baby got cranky.

I absolutely love this place! The pizza is ridiculously amazing! But those lemon pepper wings are truly delicious! I'm from Ohio and I get them everytime I come to Birmingham and I have never been disappointed. This place is the great!

Excellent service, excellent ingredients, execution of food was poor. The pizza has more crust than toppings. There was barely any chicken or BBQ sauce on our BBQ chicken pizza. The meats pizza had barely any meat other than pepperoni.
