I was so excited about getting my cake from this bakery as I’m new to the area. I ordered a custom cake two weeks or longer prior to my birthday . I paid my deposit as required. On Nov 28 the day of my birthday and dinner I received a text stating they were behind on cakes and needed to deliver mine. Okay no problem my dinner started at 8 the cake was delivered at 8:38.( late ) then I attempted to pay cash to her and was informed cash was not accepted due to funds going into her business account whatever and to pay when I can . No problem its time for the cake and it was froze now the owner states it had been in the refrigerator however I couldn’t cut the cake (my cake) my husband had to we had to cut three slices in one to get the cake out and for the fondant not to fall off. I mentioned my concerns to the owner because she was texting , calling and invoicing for the balance the next morning . I was well aware of my balance and have every intention to pay when woke . Long story short I paid , voiced my concerns and was told she had never gotten complaints about cold cake . If I pay $160 for a cake I don’t want it cold, I don’t want the fondant falling off and I don’t want excuse or to blame for the cake condition when I came to you for a service . This was my first and last purchase from this bakery . I had guest leave full slices on the table after one bite because it was damn near frozen .

Desserts are 10/10! The keylime cake is my absolute favorite! Her cake is so moist and the icing is sooo soo good! The owner is super friendly and welcoming, customer service is 10/10 as well!

Lilly and Daisy Bakery is real professional get back with you in a timely manner, however totally forgot all about my order and she was very apologetic, said she could have it ready for the next day. Will not be using their services again.

I tried her world famous peach cobbler!! It was AMAZING!! Just the right amount of sweetness and the buttery crust blended so well. The strawberry shortcake jar was great too. Nibbled on it for 3 days. I can’t wait to return 😋🤤
