Little Caesars in Birmingham

“I don't figure they get many orders for Detroit style pizza, even though it is on the menu. Mine was definitely not square and therefore didn't have that yummy cooked on cheese that is usually on the edges. Think motorcity that is available at Walmart. But that being said, they did work to get me my order , were polite, and didn't take nearly as long as projected to finish the order. The drive- thru is busy nightly 2 or 3 cars deep. There is one chair and a small TV tray, like available at Walmart , and used in a den at your home. So you could wait for an order there but they ask you to wait in your car out front and they bring your order out to you.

Parking: This is not an eat-in restaurant. But a mobile order pickup, drivethrough, Or counter order.“

“Everything I ordered the young man at the window said they was out of the items. First of all I had been in the line for about an hour before I reached the window to order my food and I asked for the lunch combo he replied lunch is over well I iñ this line for lunch you all was slow getting the customer service.Next I asked the Deluxe pizza he said we don't have any.They was out of pizza basically and this was a Saturday right after 2pm.I will never go to this place again poor customer service ?“

“They must of hired new employees because when I went these guys where very much on top of the ball. They even brought my food out to me I was super surprised. Except it was a little too soft for my taste . I'd like to see how they do on a Friday night at 5 pm. If they can keep up with the rush. But much better service the. Its been in a long while. Good good“

“I've never had better customer service than I have from the drive through at lunch time. I come here multiple times a week and couldn't be happier. They have someone new working the drive through right now but whoever was working it the last few months has been great.“

“I purchased 2 large pepperoni pizzas and 1 large cheese pizza. 1 order of the pepperoni pizza bites. I placed my order in the drive-thru, and I had to wait a few minutes, which was fine with me. They brought my food to the car, and it was hot and ready, just like their slogan says. Once I got home, the children demolished the pizzas, and there was none left over. My sister enjoyed her pizza bites, and she said they were even better with ranch. I have had Little Caesars from other locations in the city, and this one was by far the best one. I visited the location in the afternoon right before the children got out of school. The customer service was nice, and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

“Great pizza, great price. It's next to the Shell gas station. I wanted a decent pizza from somewhere that was close to the hotels and St. Vincent's hospital. The staff did great.

Do yourself and the staff a favor and use the app or the website to place an order ahead of time. There's usually some decent coupons on the app, and it gives the staff a headstart on your order.

When I got to the restaurant, they already had my pizzas waiting for me in the kiosk. Just type in the three digit code from the app, and boom—there's your pizza.“
