I just sat in a parking spot almost 45 minutes for 1 regular pepperoni pizza…… Every time I go there it’s a problem and after this I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
P.S. don’t ask for a stuffed crust after 3-4pm. They’re too lazy to make it, just go to Green Spring. They have way better service.

Last night October 4,2025 at 9:03 p.m. me and my wife decided to have pizza from you guys fine establishment but we were greated so harshly. As soon as we walked in the door 2 female employees were both saying that they are about to clock out because they tired and that they didn't feel like making anything and went on cursing. It made us feel like we weren't welcomed at all!!! It's my belief that if you're working in customer service it's kinda implied that you don't mind looking out for your fellow man or woman,and the saddest part about it is i live in the area and I thought it would be a good idea to keep our money in our community, boy was i wrong. Please do better.

The fact that every time I go here I swear I’m still outside is diabolical!!!!! The cursing and fussing!!!!! Is this not a place of business???? The playing when you walk in trying to pick up an order while the drive thru is wrapped around the building!!!! Attempted to order from a different location, but my app sent me back there!!!!!! Too many kids with no responsibilities in there!!!! Get some grownups!!!! Increase the pay!!! Do what you have to!!!!!!

Workers are rude, cashier was cursing because a door dash driver didn't know how to retrieve order, I was told my food was being made and it wasn't, waited 30mins then they decided that they was sold out of what I wanted.. Never returning

More than a dozen staff in the store. Of the 3 who seem to know what’s going on, 2 are fumbling around with a utility shelf while the third babysits an individual on the computer. Back of the store is eating, chit chatting amongst themselves and on the phone, while 2 pizza makers struggle to keep time while counting pepperonis. Store appeared clean in the front, however some staff were wearing shirts in desperate need of laundering. Frustrating experience redeemed slightly by fresh and tasty food.

It was very busy when we went there. Every car that ordered had to pull into a parking spot to wait on their order. We waited at least 15 minutes. After eating 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, I started to feel queasy. I got very sick and the feeling lasted the rest of the day and night. I won't be eating there again.

I went in the afternoon and ordered a Detroit style via drive thru. They had me pull up as they said it would be fresh. I waited 25 minutes and watched them bring out at least 10 orders, as no one got their order in drive thru, I went in and they were all playing throwing things at each other. My pizza was on the counter I don't even know for how long. It was a hot mess in there with no type of organization or management. Just kids throwing things around and not getting customers their food
My daughter wanted pepperoni extra pepperoni pizza. Went in to order because it was packed. Order said don't know how long have a lot of orders to fulfill. Cool. The manager came out yelling he's been working since 11am it was about 8pm. Said he had a order for red car outside. The cashier and manager was arguing who would take customer order. Neither of them decided to do it. Another woman informed me she has been waiting for pizza for 45 minutes. So I went outside to tell guy in red car pizza was ready. He gets in they gave to someone else. We got a pepperoni but not extra pep. Because they only have one left. Even though we paid extra. Worst experience ever

There doors are locked at rush hour doordashers can't get there orders and are being attacked by customers about orders late. They are very rude here and very racist against white people at this location. I think HR should be called they have homeless people on drugs attacking customers at there store. Not safe area for this store. I think the workers feel as though they need to lock doors for there safety.
