Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible service. The employees did not even put my pizza into the oven until I literally showed up at the restaurant. So I had to wait 25-30 minutes. Then once my pizza was done the employee told me that he would bring it out to my car and it turns out that he just wasn’t gonna bring it out so I waited an extra 20 minutes for nothing. And I finally just went and got the pizza myself. The employees are lazy and couldnt care less about customer service.

Came to pick up my online order for pizzas at 6:19. The door is locked there is a sign on the door saying system down.... I don't think the system is down I think that since there is only 2 people working they don't want to get swamped. It's 6:50 and my pizzas are still
not ready.

Waited in line in the drive thru for 45 minutes with a line of people behind me, only for the workers inside to keep looking at the drive thru window like I'm an idiot.
They catered to anyone who came inside. But if you were in the drive thru you weren't seen.
How can yall look me in my eyes and ignore me and 8 other cars like we're invisible.

Very shitty service. I left without ordering.
And will not be returning. And I'll leave a negative review every day if I have to until their workers attitudes are adjusted 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
Dont hire shitty people. If you want your company to have a good name and reputation.

Service is slow and definitely not what it used to be. Made a call in order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later I was told it was not ready. I asked how long and was told I don't know I would have to walk back and check. The young man did not check until i asked again. I was then told 25 to 30 more minutes.

They gave me an extra pizza so imma be nice, they had I lot of people coming in but I did have to wait for what felt like an eternity.

This location has gone downhill over the past few years, but it’s gotten bad lately. This is the second time in a row I’ve ordered pizza and crazy bread for dinner and received undercooked food. I ordered my pizza well done with light sauce because I don’t like soggy crust, but I received a pizza that is borderline undercooked with tons of sauce. The crazy bread is only cooked on one end and the second half is raw

My pizza was horrible! Do better!

Delivery was extremely late no cost adjust and the specialty pizza was not baked enough. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This location is horrible and the employees are even worse. I will NEVER go to this location again!

I don't figure they get many orders for Detroit style pizza, even though it is on the menu. Mine was definitely not square and therefore didn't have that yummy cooked on cheese that is usually on the edges. Think motorcity that is available at Walmart. But that being said, they did work to get me my order , were polite, and didn't take nearly as long as projected to finish the order. The drive- thru is busy nightly 2 or 3 cars deep. There is one chair and a small TV tray, like available at Walmart , and used in a den at your home. So you could wait for an order there but they ask you to wait in your car out front and they bring your order out to you.

Parking: This is not an eat-in restaurant. But a mobile order pickup, drivethrough, Or counter order.
