Little Caesars Pizza

Closed 1/2 the time

I placed an online order. It told me my pick up expectation I arrived to the store 1min after the latest time. There was no food in the portal and no one at the register to ask. After waiting 5min a young man finally came up. I asked about my pick up order he asked what did I have I told him he gave me a pizza that was already sitting in the warmer this pizza was over cooked and burnt. He pulled the chicken out the other warmer and put a little and I mean a little garlic parmesan cheese on the chicken. The Italian cheese bread was hard and seem to be over cooked as well. For me to placed the order and then to have something thrown to me was very disappointing. I haven’t visited this store in a while because of the service. I tried them again to see if things has gotten better but it’s has gotten WORSE.

Very quick to get my food. Line moved fairly fast. Just the drive through is right next to a garbage can.

We got to store with 12 minutes left before closing. Asked about pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Said didn't have any and he closed window and turned off lights. Didn't even offer to make anything. Not satisfied at all with this store.

The younger guy working the counter/register was extremely rude and unpleasant. I will NOT be back to this location!

Absolutely horrid explain in every aspect imaginable

My sandwich was the best, My pizza failf hard. If you don't know how to cook a type of pizza, don't give me the option. My New York style was burnt on the outside, undercooked in the middle.

Me and my family went there today to order food. We got three pizzas. The first box tasted awful taste like plastic and everyone who ate it started feeling sick me and my sister and father threw up my mother feels nauseous and sick. I do not recommend you eat that

Terrible service. The employees did not even put my pizza into the oven until I literally showed up at the restaurant. So I had to wait 25-30 minutes. Then once my pizza was done the employee told me that he would bring it out to my car and it turns out that he just wasn’t gonna bring it out so I waited an extra 20 minutes for nothing. And I finally just went and got the pizza myself. The employees are lazy and couldnt care less about customer service.

Came to pick up my online order for pizzas at 6:19. The door is locked there is a sign on the door saying system down.... I don't think the system is down I think that since there is only 2 people working they don't want to get swamped. It's 6:50 and my pizzas are still
not ready.

Waited in line in the drive thru for 45 minutes with a line of people behind me, only for the workers inside to keep looking at the drive thru window like I'm an idiot.
They catered to anyone who came inside. But if you were in the drive thru you weren't seen.
How can yall look me in my eyes and ignore me and 8 other cars like we're invisible.

Very shitty service. I left without ordering.
And will not be returning. And I'll leave a negative review every day if I have to until their workers attitudes are adjusted 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
Dont hire shitty people. If you want your company to have a good name and reputation.

Service is slow and definitely not what it used to be. Made a call in order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later I was told it was not ready. I asked how long and was told I don't know I would have to walk back and check. The young man did not check until i asked again. I was then told 25 to 30 more minutes.

They gave me an extra pizza so imma be nice, they had I lot of people coming in but I did have to wait for what felt like an eternity.
