I ordered via the telephone, an Old World Pepperoni pizza well done to be picked up. My time to pick up was 20 minutes after placing the order. When I walked in the lady gave me my pizza and in my own error, I gave her my payment simultaneously.... should've waited until I checked. When I did check, it was a regular a Pepperoni pizza with the middle section not looking well done. I asked to speak with a manager and although she was very pleasant, her answer to me was unsatisfactory. She told me they don't sell the Old World Pepperoni, although it was not told to me while ordering AND the pizza and picture are posted on the website. That information should have been relayed, you can't just give people what you want them to have.

So this is an update because i ordered a pizza online and it went through grubhub I believe, because it didn't say that anywhere on the order. the pizza got their 45 min after it said it was actually pulling up. So like the car pulled up and she walked all over the community and 45 minutes later she comes in but with a cold pizza apologizing she was so late. for s 20 dollar pizza, I want it warm! things happen but the actual customer service said they would give me 15% of what I paid back. I was like what the HELL! 15% OF 20 BUCKS. I HAVE NEVER and will never again!!

Don't really care about the atmosphere. I do like the service that one of the twins provided me. Pizza was good but they are a lil too proud of their pizzas wit those prices. Y'all bout to make us start going back to CiCi's!!!
