Little Caesars Pizza

Ask employee if lobby was close female employee mumbled something as she was walking away. Didn’t even give me the courtesy of stoping to talk to me. I place my order on the app multiple times and had to arrive to store to have to wait 20-30 mins on my order which most times only be 1 pizza 😒If I had to pay just so I could give this LC zero stars, I would like it's just crazy like even while I'm doordashing and I have a order at this location I have to wait over 30mins to just be paid

Did a DoorDash and the order kept getting sent to another driver. I drove up there myself because an hr passed by and they were closing. The 2 guys came out and said they were closed! I told them my order was sent in over an hr ago….and he says “I don’t know what to tell you”! It was my worst experience and ended up having to get Taco Bell instead!

Ordered stuffed pretzel crust with cheese sauce pizza twice from this store. BOTH times the pizza was made incorrectly and disgusting. 1st pizza had a pretzel crust but no cheese sauce, dry, and gross. 2nd pizza had regular crust with pretzel salt added to it, no cheese sauce, dry, and disgusting. Will not be returning.

Is sad that when u order online for an asap order they decide to send it somewhere else so u call there phone is out of service then no one tell you they did that than waiting for over an hours to finally get it then just to find out they give you the wrong pizza I ordered a stuff crust bezel and they decided to give a regular salami pi-e and the pretzel pizza on brown just on there then u call corporate and they won't to nothing but is all good I took pic of the pizza they are so wrong for that still waiting on the gm or owner call like they promised I'll never order there agine 😞:-( 😞

Pizza is never cooked always very raw/ way under cooked

Currently waiting in the store for a DoorDash order that should have been ready for pickup 20 minutes ago. The employee working the front won’t even tell me how much longer it will be or how many orders are ahead of the one I’m waiting on. The staff in the back seem to be arguing. Exceptionally poor customer service.

5 people ahead of me walked out due to staff ,Customer service, and workers preparing food with no gloves I informed the young lady about why the Customers left and asked if they wear gloves when preparing food and she stated that none of the little Caesar workers wear gloves nor hair nets and I left along with other customers

Sat there for a hour and went in to see how much longer and they said 10 more minutes

Me and my family waited OVER 30 minutes for 3 pizzas (2 pepperoni and 1 cheese) that were ordered in the app! The staff was outside arguing with each other, smoking, and talking. I was asked to pull to the front and was basically forgotten about! I had to pull back around to the drive thru only to be told my pizzas weren't even placed in the oven yet!!!! 😡 NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

Every time I come here I have to pull to the side for a pizza that should be “hot and ready” like they advertise it so why is everyone waiting outside for their food. And when I do get my pizza it tastes soggy like the bread isn’t well done.
