When your in the public eye with customer service honestly smiling makes a big difference instead of seeming like you hate your job. If your going to have someone work a window to speak with customers make sure they are personable and actually let you finish the order before they keep telling you the cost. Seriously yall need to work on getting someone hired who is nice. You did have someone not sure what happened to the nice boy that was here last time but this girl should be working in a different area. But the beautiful young lady in the end who gave us our food was great! She knows how to treat people

I ordered some food but the employees be out or low on stock. Then a dasher had to steal my food and lied to them but the young employees be stealing stuff to take home for themselves

Ordered the deep dish pizza last week with 5 toppings and half the pizza had meat on it. So wife suggested we just order deep dish with three toppings and the toppings were covered on even less of the pizza. Save your money!!!

The close at 10 and the door was close at 9:40 well the workers were in there and told me they were closed even though the times on the door say 10

Worst pizza place ever.! Ordered take out and been waiting more then 40 minutes and already asked 2 times! Too bad I had already paid online! Very poor management and service . They don’t even know an estimate in how long for 2 pizzas to be ready

I have picked up food here twice and wait times are ridiculous to the point the customers are mad at me . on top of that i seen 2 roaches today while picking up somebody food I was trying to catch pictures but they crawled up the register so i didn’t get it in time! Preferably wouldn’t eat anything from here

Front door was locked. There were 2 windows and it was unclear which one to go to. Kinda confusing for a simple pizza pickup.

Ask employee if lobby was close female employee mumbled something as she was walking away. Didn’t even give me the courtesy of stoping to talk to me. I place my order on the app multiple times and had to arrive to store to have to wait 20-30 mins on my order which most times only be 1 pizza 😒If I had to pay just so I could give this LC zero stars, I would like it's just crazy like even while I'm doordashing and I have a order at this location I have to wait over 30mins to just be paid

Did a DoorDash and the order kept getting sent to another driver. I drove up there myself because an hr passed by and they were closing. The 2 guys came out and said they were closed! I told them my order was sent in over an hr ago….and he says “I don’t know what to tell you”! It was my worst experience and ended up having to get Taco Bell instead!

Ordered stuffed pretzel crust with cheese sauce pizza twice from this store. BOTH times the pizza was made incorrectly and disgusting. 1st pizza had a pretzel crust but no cheese sauce, dry, and gross. 2nd pizza had regular crust with pretzel salt added to it, no cheese sauce, dry, and disgusting. Will not be returning.
