So apparently they don't care about their walk in orders they are only concerned with the drive thru we waited and watched them argue for ten minutes about who is going to do the in store orders like seriously and whoever doing the drive thru attitude

Every time I come here they say they are backed up and can’t take no more orders but the parking lot and drive thru are always empty so I don’t see how they are backed up with no customers. Then today I came to place an order and the first thing the girl at the window say is “are you placing an order?” I told her yes then she proceeds to say “well we aren’t taking any orders because we are out of cheese” like that didn’t make no sense why would you ask us are we placing a order if yall ain’t got nothing to make the food with ?? Yall need new workers and more product or something has to change like how hard is it to run a small pizza store ??

Manager literally refuse to make pizza today. Three people waiting on refunds in front of me. Got to be the worst excuse of a pizza place.

Guy working tonight stated he is short staff. And he can only do cheese or pepperoni so I STAtED weLL give me one of each. I got ready to pay he took my card and tried to charge it THEN STATED THEY ONLY DO APPLE PAY OR TAP.

That pizza pizza is a hot lie! I was in the drive thru with 2 cars behind me. The guy said it’ll be 5 minutes. I said okay. I pulled over to wait. 20 minutes later they have passed four cars their orders that was behind me??? I’m still waiting. And very pissed off at this point. Then 25 more minutes they have passed 4 more orders their orders and they pulled up after me??? I decided to get back in the line and ask for a refund. I no longer want the pizza. Mind you this is another wait. My grand daughter fell asleep waiting. So next time we will go across the street to domino’s. I’m able to text this comment because I’m still waiting in the line to get a refund. Also while waiting I called to complain. A man responded and said we will give you a discount for all of your trouble. Then he hung up. I called back and got a female. She put me on hold. And I’m still holding 15 minutes later just to get my money back. The guy they are sending to bring the orders out is so embarrassed he is going out a side door now taking orders out. All except mines. I’m at the window now. I can’t be ignored. And I’m not leaving without my refund. So they will have to take care of me before getting to those cars behind me. So the guy says he didn’t know and giving me another pizza. We had to wait a whole hour. I am disappointed. And the kids love it. The service was horrible. The guy at the window really seem to be sorry that it happened. He apologized and that meant a lot. But it doesn’t change the fact that I waited that long.

They are the worst location. People behind the line with backpacks on and slides. No gloves and terrible customer service. I’ll wait it over 30 minutes for an order. I placed online constantly asked for updates. Was told to wait eight more minutes after the eight minutes was asked to exchange the order. I never got my food completely wasted my lunch break worst experience ever. If I could give them a zero, I would.

12pm there are about 4 workers and they have zero pizzas up with a wait time of 20 mins but they are in there fratnizing.

I have yet to have a halfway decent experience in this place. I placed an order in person on Sunday and was about to be given my total until someone in the back seen they had to make a pretzel pizza and then was told they didn’t have it but I could get a pizza that was done already. I just walked out and got nothing. If I’m willing to wait for it to be cooked, you can’t take 3 minutes to make it? I do not get food from little Caesar’s because of issues like this. Every few months I let my guard down then, I am reminded of why I do not even bother with this place.

Got pizzas for nephews party. They had then ready on time and quality is consistent.

The server was too busy on her phone to take my order correctly. Her attitude was horrible. She threw my pizza on the counter then said here.
