I had been following his company for several years now on social media . & I admired his food was really looking forward to trying . Unfortunately I called to get an understanding of how he provides shipping and what all foods were included .. I got yelled at and cursed out & Blocked for asking questions the attitude giving HOOD vibes . Need a secretary & attitude adjustment I really hate our people out here acting like this it’s a bad look on black owned business .. I dodged a major bullet glad I didn’t order after reading previous reviews left by previous customers.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Dirty man cleaning chitterlings, Extremely RUDE to me the first time I called RA: "Hello" ME: "Hi, How are you" RA: "Cleaning chitterlings" I have been watching this brother on Tic Toc, Thought I'd use his services and was very disappointed, from the beginning he was rude, short with me, rushed me, and he hung up on me,, From his other reviews he's done other people like this as well. You give black business a bad name, If it wasn't for us you wouldn't have any business at all, Your customer services and attitude is worse than the smell of those chitterlings. I'm in LA and was thinking about ordering. After continually seeing the website stating that you can't order. I got suspicious because I'm like if they are as good as they look and he says. Why cant I order. So I checked the reviews and there it was. My heart sank cause I'm like noooo not a brother playing with peoples emotions and money. Damn people were lining up including me to throw money at this guy. Saved me some kizash. We sure make it hard to support us.

They were very unprofessional and rude and told us we can’t afford it all because we asked about the shipping fee. I definitely to recommend, it’s not worth $300

We're looking forward to driving 7 hours just to order freezer bag of chillings and a order for the road, but after reading all these beautiful Reviews I'll save my money, time and make my own, thanks everyone.

I sent money and never got the order. I texted asking for a tracking number and nothing at all. Now the IG is down or I am blocked. $80 later. I could have cooked my own. I try and support our businesses but this was unacceptable.

I was scammed so bad today by Chef Ricardo (Lobhouse gourmet food) he took my order by phone and told me I had to pay by cash app Mind you I am a Alabama native so I felt it was only right to support a home based business however, this man is a straight scam artist he had me going fromLocation to location and failed to answer the phone I found a police and the cop called him for me and asked him to refund my money he lied and said oh yes sir but yet declined to send it back I want him shut down peopleLike this need to be shut down and out of business.

Thank God I read the reviews...I'm literally up considering ordering from this person..I think I'll buy and clean my own Chitterlings.Been cleaning Chitterlings since I was 10.Id clean and mama and grandma go behind me..

I was looking for some chitterlings when I was in Alabama. So happy I didn't hear about you. After this I will only eat my own. With that attitude he probably isn't a nice person all around.
