Ordered online through their website, went to pick up the food, they told me I was scammed, I showed them the receipt and the restaurant name and address, they didn’t even offer to give me the food or help, never even heard of such a thing, so their website and restaurant is a scam, never coming back here

Very disappointed, I ordered enchiladas and the meat was overheated for about 3 or 4 days. The truth is, I don't recommend it. That restaurant is very bad.

Great place with authentic mexican food and great variety of Mexican food. From an ambiance perspective the walls are adorned with fun Mexican sayings and famous locations in Mexico and has great rancheras, corridos, and other Mexican music. For those of us looking for cabeza, tripas, chicharron, etc you can get your fix in taco, gordita, burrito, torta, quesadilla format. Aguas frescas, imported Mexican coke, and jarritos amongst drink options. I gotta say as a south Texas transplant, this place feels like a little slice of home. The place is a little small, but I love to bring the family or order delivery if we don't feel like going out. Not sure if the workers are family, but it definitely has an unassuming mom and pop shop casual vibe.

The food could’ve had so much potential however it did not. Terribly dry, tasteless and overall nasty! My husband and I are pissed we chose this spot over another one we had in mind. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The customer service sucks also! There are so many other great Mexican restaurants around even food trucks! I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Worst "Mexican" food I have ever had. I ordered chicken taquitos, shrimp tacos, corn on the cob and guacamole through Uber Eats. The chicken taquitos ended up being more taquito than chicken. The chicken was flavorless. The shrimp tacos and corn were good, but I never received the guacamole. Not sure who said this place was the best in Alabama; I will assume it was a family member of the owner. I can not review the service or ambiance of the restaurant because I ordered through UberEats.

No wait to be seated for lunch. After having checked the menu online ahead of time, I had anticipated getting the Quesadilla De Birria but didn't see it on the menu in house so I opted for my 2nd choice of Quesabirria Tacos instead. They were really good and I would get them again. Sodas are bottled and not fountain drinks. Service was attentive. I think I will try and order the Quesadilla de Birria next time even if not on the menu with Aguas Fresca.

Had issues with the order I picked up but Felix called and spoke with me. I was either overcharged or the menu was wrong, without explanation. Either way, the food was pretty bland but I appreciate Felix reaching out and making it right. Hopefully they are able make improvements as he said they would.

First time ordering from here and was quite disappointed. The cheese dip was good but the chips were stale. The birria quesadilla (beef, not goat) had generous filling but had no flavor. Even the consommé (dip) lacked flavor. The Al pastor tacos again were generously filled but the only noticeable flavor was the pineapple. The salsa verde was good, with a nice kick of spice but I had ordered one salsa verde and one guacamole salsa but received 2 salsa verde. Ended with a churro which was excellent! Crunchy outside with a soft center and plenty of cinnamon sugar. It would have been nice to have a chocolate dipping sauce though. Not sure if I’ll try them again.
