No food there so can't rate that. Excellent service by the staff as always and always very knowledgeable of spirits.

They say the Garden of Eden is protected by a flaming sword, but I haven’t seen a fiery blade entering this utopian establishment.

A staple of the Birmingham late night scene. Great selection for bourbon, good drinks made on site. Food selection is really only chips and crackers.

Cool, small bar. The atmosphere is open and inviting. Great place to relax and grab a beer.

Parking: There are only a few in the front.

I’m a simple man. I see a Steva behind the bar, I order a drink.

Friendly place ( except for the rude guy with the beard, but everyone knows that's just kinda his thing), good drinks, great atmosphere. I always look forward to a visit to Lou's.

Came to Lou’s years ago and found the staff to be accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Can’t say the same for my most recent visit, where when discussing what to have, the bartender was unbelievably rude and impatient (we took up maybe 30 seconds of her time). Otherwise, the staff barely looked in our direction. Felt like a place that isn’t very welcoming to newcomers. I certainly won’t be back or ever recommending again.

Great atmosphere as a bar, super expensive on the liquor side. $99 for a bottle of eagle rare for an example.
