Horrible customer service from all staff through mobile order. Did a mobile order to pick up through drive through at 10:20a. App said order was ready. Arrived in 7 minutes and was told at Drive Thru breakfast was over and my order hadn’t been prepared. Was then told a million and one reasons why the order couldn’t be completed and my food given after I already wasted a trip. Last order they just put anything in the bag, you really have to check your order and expect issues when arriving for mobile app order. Horrible experience. As a disabled veteran I will choose a different franchise or a different location completely and reccommend others in the area to do the same. They REFUSED to make it right.

I called this McDonald’s on Sunday, April 27th around 11:30 AM about an issue with my order. Ms. Toya told me over the phone that I could come in and get a free medium chocolate milkshake since the last one I received was basically just syrup. Not blended at all just straight syrup sitting in the cup.

When I showed up, the cashier looked confused, went to ask the manager, and then came back saying, “She don’t work here anymore.” Like what? No apology, no effort, no accountability just passive vibes and weird energy. Y’all could’ve handled that with basic respect, especially since I came back calm and on my grown woman.

And to make it worse the fries were cold too.Like… wow.

What really got me is that this is a Black-owned and operated location lolllll, and we really thought the service would reflect better. Instead, it felt like no one cared. Just disappointing all around.

These people couldn't make an iced coffee if their job depended on it, you can't even tell them how to make it. Breakfast burrito was old and stale.

Horrible drive thru experience every time. This includes even when they are not busy. Just ridiculous!! At least they are consistent in disappointing you every time.

Came through this morning and 4:56 a.m. and was told by the supposed manager that my doordash order was not going to be ready until they open their doors up at 5:00 a.m. even though my doordash said it was going to be ready by the time I got there at 4:56 the manager was completely unprofessional did not have the order ready or anything had an attitude if I could give this McDonald's no stars I would this is the worst McDonald's I think I have ever been to my entire life I'm glad I'm not eating here

I had got a quarter pounder and took two bites and noticed it was DARK PINK and told my sister bc she got one too and almost ate all of it . When I told/showed her the burger and gagged and we threw it away. So now I'm not getting McDonald's ever again!
