I asked for freshly cooked fries the young lady at the speaker says how long the line is is all fresh, fries were not hot. I asked for light mayo on my sandwich I guess they were being funny and loaded the mcchicken with mayo until the bun started to slide. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and when I get to the window and look in the bag there no sauce I ask for and she says we are out, that's something a customer should know while ordering. It's sad that customer service sucks, food is expensive and they dont care what they serve you. If I wasn't headed to my second job I would have gone back. It'll be a while before I go back and patronize.

I live in the Forestdale area, and it’s frustrating how consistently disappointing this McDonald’s location has become. Every single time I pull into the drive-thru, I already know what’s coming — an excessively long wait before anyone even responds. Just recently, I actually timed it: almost five minutes of sitting at the speaker before anyone said a word. And this wasn’t late at night — there were clearly employees inside. There’s simply no reason customers should be ignored this long, especially at a major fast-food chain. It’s honestly no surprise that companies like Wendy’s are moving toward AI-powered drive-thru systems. Experiences like this show exactly why: inconsistent service, long wait times, and zero urgency. I really hope management addresses whatever is causing this, because it shouldn’t be this hard to get basic service at the drive-thru.

Front of house staff couldn't keep up with orders. The wait time was unpleasant. I think more training is necessary. Honestly, it's a convenient location. Everyone else was working really hard to get the drive thru out efficiently. I'll be back, but I hope things get better.

Used to have great service and great prices but both have taken a huge nosedive. Also, the McDonald's app screws up a lot lately. They think people don't realize they have cut out most of their good deals. Luckily Burger King is on fire right down the road.

I just stopped by here to redeem 2 of my free McChickens because I'm stretched thin until Pay Day but I was hungry. While parked outside waiting for my second order, one of the employees had the audacity to say that I'm a hoarder thinking I couldn't hear her. I became homeless a couple months ago, and my sister and I live out of my car. Regardless, I don't see how it was any of her business to make a comment like that. I don't know her like she doesn't know me or any other customer. 2 stars ONLY because the food was good

Normally the service at this location is really decent but I just left there after standing in the lobby almost 15 mins and NO ONE ever acknowledged the fact that there was about five people waiting to have their order taken or paid for. I had to walk out and go through the drive thru in order to be acknowledged! Absolutely insane!!!
