Save yourself the headache and drive to the next exit and go to the McDonald's on Edward Lake Rd.

simply horrendous. decided to use the app one more time for convenience. had to wait in the Drive-Thru line for 5 minutes, even with a mobile app & waiting at the speaker. didn't have a particular side for my order ready so they gave me two cookies instead, a severe downgrade that I didn't ask for but had to take and pay the original price. Abysmal app and even worse customer service.

Seriously, go down the road!!!

Was in the drive through for about an hour, finally when we got to the window half the items we ordered were unavailable and we had to ASK for a refund (yeah, they didn't offer one), and we had a little back and forth little argument on why I needed the refund.(unavailable food......). The food we did get was stale, old, and overall horrible. You'd think after waiting an hour the food would at least be fresh, but no, they somehow manage to have old food in a driveway that moves a centimeter every 10 minutes. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The worst McDonald's i n this area. Services is alway terrible and rude. From the start mess my order up and refuse to give me a refund. I had ask a 6 piece happy meal and a #4d which a deluxe mccrispy. Also i was request if i can use my points to get a frappie. He said whats your reward number and preceed to charge me for the frappe. Instead of tell me he couldnt do it he charge me for it with a attitude. I ask for a refund and said ok my manager said that they will just give me the frappe. So when i got to the window i ask for my receipt, and found out they lied and still charged me for it. Smh the worst McDonald's EVER

I came here on A Saturday at 11 o’clock and there was nothing going on sat in the drive-through for 22 minutes while I see the employees running in and out the building, smoking black and milds not doing anything productive, but have a line in their drive-through that they are not even trying to push through like what the heck! I work as a general manager at a restaurant. Why are y’all allowing your employees to come to work and not do anything? Why are we not holding people accountable and ensuring that the guest are getting their food in a timely manner it’s just absolutely ridiculous like I know this is McDonald’s but y’all need to hire a better management I was really pressed for time and only ordered a large fry and a drink! If I didn’t already pay for this order online, I would’ve drove off. I’m very irritated.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE YET!!!! I placed a Monopoly Menu meal on the app and were not given the large cups or the Big Mac and Quarter pounder with game pieces, My sweet tea was NOT sweet tea AT ALL. I don’t know wth it was. It looked like apple juice and tasted like ever so lightly sugared water. They didn’t even give my husband who picked up the order the box of 13 chocolate chip cookies either, and didn’t say a damn thing about them. He always asks “is this everything?” before driving away and was answered “yes”. The gal working the window had the biggest attitude he said like he was a bother and that was AFTER being slipped in the drive thru line car after car after car…And no napkins either. And people working these establishments think they deserve higher than minimum wage with THAT kind of serve, I mean NO-service! I’m highly upset at this whole experience. Just tell telling of the kind of people how to work there. They don’t give a rats you know what!!!!!!

I am not entirely sure how this place is still up and running. My sister’s ENTIRE order was messed up. How are you a 24/7 business and run out of main items? Terrible terrible. We took a break from going here due to rude employees. It’s been a whole year, and they’re still terrible??
