Waited 20 mins in breakfast line just to be told 3 mins after breakfast not serving it. Asked for coffee and lady was rude and I said your a smart ass and she then stated true that. I just left. Why support a business that does respect the. Customer 7mins of that time was being told hold on.

Sat in line for 5-10m… no frappe’s, no shakes, wife said “let’s leave”. What if Dairy Queen never had ice cream, and Starbuck’s never had coffee? You should think about getting equipment from their suppliers.

Had to use the kiosk to order. Didn't get receipts. They shut up the ice tea, soda was terrible. Extreme wait time for dinner.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so terrible I felt compelled to warn others. My visit to this McDonald's was a nightmare. First off, the service was painfully slow. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was a disaster. The burger I ordered was missing one of the two patties it was supposed to have, and the rest of the food was poorly made—everything was cold and soggy. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude, acting like it was a chore to even take our order. Fast food should be, you know, fast, but this place completely missed the mark. I’ll never be coming back to this location again.

This place just can't get it right. This morning ordered the pancake meal with 3 cookies. Never got the cookies. Then this afternoon I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget with a basket of fries, the two cheeseburger meal with a large fry and a sprite. Didn't get any fries at all. That was the one thing my two kids wanted was fries. So let's just say highly disappointed and don't plan on going to this McDonald's ever again. You can't even call this place because "their phone is busy". So just a waste of money and time.

I've mae 2 door dash orders today and breakfast they didn't have the cookies now I don't have my side of fries or basket of fries. I send these to my wife and kids . The whole reason I ordered lunch was the fries for my kids. Now the phone stays busy. Thanks for nothing
