Avoid this McDonald’s if possible - all I ordered was a drink and an order of fries and it took 15+ minutes. They will only let you use the drink fountain once they’ve made it in the back. I asked if I could go ahead and have my drink while waiting and got ignored.

I just left the mcdonald’s on hwy 280 and all I did was ask for extra mayo. The girl that was working the headset in the front was very rude and when we came to the first window she came back there to give us a nasty look. It’s just so sad, life is already hard enough and it’s very unnecessary to be rude. Just wanted to write a review about rather than get upset but somebody else probably would’ve made another choice on a bad day.

It's McDonald's so don't expect anything more than a McDonald's. It's a quick and easy way to get rid of hunger with a lot of things to pick from the easy to read picture menu and reasonably priced, otherwise, the same thing at home would be 30 to 45 minutes to prepare for myself and eat a similar meal, depending on the meal. The food is not a good thing to eat regularly, but I don't think I could even if I wanted to daily eat McDonald's (aka DIY diabetes), but I'm trying to find a good way to eat healthier and save all the potential money spent and keep it a reasonable price so it's a compromise. It's fastfood🤷in America and it's not going anywhere! Employees are typically busy but they are often nice and it's a stressful job. Poor attitude and overreacting is often seen coming from a customer not workers, from my personal experience with McDonald's, and I have few stories from my own experiences. I have a lot of respect for the employees in the food industry because it's tough work. Overall, I never have had a bad experience with any McDonald's beyond a missed burger or fry, and I have enjoyed this one so I don't think I can ask for more than that. I'm not a fan of the app being pushed or the lobby computer used to place the order by the customer. That's why they hire people and it's redundant at best, not to mention it's a lot more work than necessary, many people aren't able to figure out how to use it, or want to waste 30 minutes learning to use it. Clean place btw, but all the main issues are not the staff's fault. I have to recommend this one if you enjoy McDonald's. The food is ready to eat with the same quality as I want from all the chains, fair prices, and expected times are met when I place my order and leave with it. No worries to use the restroom and worry if it's a horror story. My biggest concern is in 10 years we're going to have ai bots running the whole operation so enjoy it while you can see humans at work instead of robots, oh well, 😆🤷 not today at least? Enjoy!! It’s pretty sad when grown adults can’t get an order correct at 11pm. I mean I guess it makes sense why they’re serving burgers though. Anything else would be WAY beyond their comprehension skills.

I wish they would stop pushing mediocre stuff off on customers and charge for it. Greensprings location served me sweet tea that had a bad day as well as the frozen strawberry fanta. I've been purchasing these 2 items only, for a long time. I know what the Frozen Fanta is supposed to look like and I know when the taste of the tea is off. The drive-thru person gave me a negative attitude because I wouldn't accept the frozen Fanta the way it looked. It was like getting strawberry syrup in a cup for over $2.
