This place has restored my faith in humanity. With the exception of the vicious voice coming through the speaker, this was my most pleasant experience at any McDonald’s in Birmingham. I almost felt obligated to tip the staff. Good

It's ok. Food has declined and service has too with the kiosk they want you to use. No personal contact. I miss that. The technically changed can still order at the counter, but no one stands there like they used to.
This location has a working ice cream machine, which I feel like it's only 10%of all McDonald's. Lines do get long but they have a double drive through and my orders have been right every time. Staff is also in a good mood, so good vibes all around!?if helpful, thanks ?
