Went through the drive though. Ordered two cheese burgers but received two ham burgers with no cheese. I went back around, told the cashier..I showed her the burgers, she start laughing and talking to the cook about not putting cheese on the burgers...he walked over to the window and told me to give him the burgers...I told him you are not suppose to take food back...he said that's my food cost....I don't know what he planned on doing with the burgers...I'm assuming putting cheese on them or resale....I see why the health department made this a policy....lastly, I requested a manager for a refund..which was a short Mexican looking man...he didn't even care...and he didn't give me all my money...resales on used food is not acceptable...I am calling the health department

Skip it. I will never understand how I can be behind a line of cars and STILL get fries that are like rubber? Do yall not throw stale fries out and start over after they’ve sat there?? Burger… awful… fries… ruined it. Ridiculous.

Usually it's the standard. But today...the McChicken was hard and cold. The nuggets were old, the McDouble was doing the gangsta lean in the wrap. The fries were hot, but no salt. It wasn't a good day at the most common stop of the day for fast food.

One star feels harsh, but giving me a filet o fish, the one thing from McDs that could actually cause me to vomit exorcist style, instead of the McRib I ordered reflects thw way I felt. As I realized just in time to be unable to return for correct prior to close and ultimately had to dispose of the war crime of a sandwich. Leaving me simultaneously nauseated and famished. It also cost more. A negligible amount more, but still added insult to injury. I don't expect perfection or the extra mile, I dont really expect to get the right item, but they gave me the one item on the menu I can not forgive. Staff seemed nice though. So theres that.

Ordered coffee at this location that contained zero coffee, only milk and caramel. It tasted really bad and had to throw away all 3 that I bought. Didn’t have time to turn around and have them fix this issue. Worst “coffee” I’ve ever had, very dissatisfied.

I came through the drive thru and I could hear two employees arguing, I mean they were hollering at each other. Then when I went to order yet again they didn't have or any biscuits. Someone from corporate needs to do something about this. I have to be at work at 5:30 and I will like to have breakfast. They don't ever open on time I have to go to Jack's because they don't have any food. I have alot more but I have to go to work.
