Very very slow. Especially after 5pm. Had to sit at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone took our order & no one was at the window. When they did, they had an attitude.

THEY ARE RUDE and must be very short staffed last time they got my order wrong and tonight i ordered online and refused to take my order when i already placed it online so what is there to order and i didn’t get nothing but a frappe not even food waited in line for 30 minutes and couldn’t even back out the drive tru line

Always great people, even when they are slow. They need to send someone to tarrant to teach there managers how not to be rude. But this exclude mis. Crystal ( a gem in all that ruff).
