Order Taker Seems to be in a rush , Cashier was very nonchalant, I asked her for a receipt and she proceeded to say : there was no receipt paper in the store . Presenter , Runner , and the order taker in the front : They All looked , however no one greeted me or even asked what I had . Just handed the bag out ,and closed the window. No thank you , have a night or anything. with that being said the entire shift needs a lot of major adjustments, starting with hospitality . Hair Wasnt Retained, just everything was out of order. Thanks for the worse experience ever.

Went threw the drive threw and the young guy with dreds said a sexual joke to me and then tried to hold my hand when he gave me my change. And when he thought it would be funny to keep joking and mess with my food, I did not like my experience at all

Just about every mcdonald's in alabama is terrible but this one is probably the worst. It's your usual rude staff Terrible service very slow forty minute plus wait times But this one has an extra twist, crack heads. And if you dare to complain they'll just tell you to leave and never come back like they have the power to do that or something. Just close this location down.Turn it into a car wash or something.The community would be better off.

Sat at drive through for 20 minutes. Finally got to voice box. No one said a thing. I let two cars pass me. No one ever said anything. So I had to just drive to window. Very disorganized. Unfriendly. Chaotic.

They never open when it says open!! If it says they open at 4 or 5 they wont take orders until 6-7am,when they was 24 hours they always closed at 2 or before!!

Sometimes they take Discover Cards & sometimes not. No cones for the ice-cream but charged a Sunday. Cashiers are stressed maybe because of not enough help.

On November 27, 2024, at approximately 12:50 p.m., I had an unpleasant experience at the Centerpoint location due to the rude behavior of the manager on duty. The manager refused to accept a slightly torn one-dollar bill as legal tender, despite the fact that it is still considered valid currency and would be accepted by banks. I politely requested a refund of my entire purchase since the establishment could not accept my one-dollar bill. However, the manager disregarded my request and abruptly closed the drive-thru window in my face.

Upon calling back to speak with the general manager and report the incident, I was informed that I could not file a complaint against the manager. The general manager then proceeded to hang up the phone on me without providing any further assistance or resolution to the matter.
