On November 27, 2024, at approximately 12:50 p.m., I had an unpleasant experience at the Centerpoint location due to the rude behavior of the manager on duty. The manager refused to accept a slightly torn one-dollar bill as legal tender, despite the fact that it is still considered valid currency and would be accepted by banks. I politely requested a refund of my entire purchase since the establishment could not accept my one-dollar bill. However, the manager disregarded my request and abruptly closed the drive-thru window in my face.
Upon calling back to speak with the general manager and report the incident, I was informed that I could not file a complaint against the manager. The general manager then proceeded to hang up the phone on me without providing any further assistance or resolution to the matter.

Literally sat in line 35 mins the food was cold and food was burnt and made wrong manager is rude the line is always long at night it takes 20 mins to answer the speaker and burgers always burnt and dry this location really needs to be shut down or corporate needs to go see what’s going on workers always talking and playing the manager was wearing slides very unprofessional ain’t no telling what their doing to our food or how unsanitary it is at this location from the looks of how the food looks

As a Door Dasher DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FROM THIS ONE! It is unsafe. Last night we tried to pick up an order, watched a fight in parking lot, was almost hit by another customer as we tried merge into drive thru and he just skipped the entire line to order at window, watched several dashers try to get orders and drive off. We had to unassign bc cops were called while we were waiting. Just a warning for other delivery drivers be aware of this one and stay away if you can. Customers, if you see the trouble we have, don't order food here.

Ordered through the app just now drove to pick up and was told that they only doing DoorDash orders. How is it any different than ordering on the app. Worse McDonald’s experience ever when asked how to cancel the order they told me that it would automatically cancel when it’s not picked up but didn’t say how long that took found the cancel in the app myself. Why be open at all?
