I just got a McFlurry from there and I dropped it and came back 3 minutes later and the worker said their ice cream machine was not working so I am writing this to see if this statement is true.Kid-friendliness: Does not have ice cream and are extremely rude to customers and lies a lot, which is what McDonald’s is not about

I am highly pissed off. What’s the point of curbside if nobody comes out and bring the food?? I sat for 15 minutes waiting on my food til I had to come around through the drive through which I wanted to avoid because it’s always long and backed up. I already knew the inside is locked because it’s never open. Sat in the drive through line for like 8 minutes told them I had a curbside order just for them to tell me half my order they didn’t have. I had 2 pies, a smoothie, and a frappe. Then she comes up with my bag with the apple pies and told me to pull down while they made my smoothies. I had 2 fries as well which were not in the bag. I waited another 5-10 minutes being pulled down for the rest of my food to come piece by damn piece. I got there at 3:30 I didn’t leave til like 4:17. That makes absolutely no sense. I will be calling corporate Monday morning.

My experience tonight is absolutely terrible we have been in line for 30 min . They aren't even taking orders over the intercom. Looks like they are stealing to me . Manganagent needs to really fire the people on duty tonight it's 11:26 December 22 definitely calling corporate
