As a regular at this location and have been a for a few years. Today was the worst experience I've ever had. Usually, I use the kiosk since they made it as a custom because they're always short staffed, but none were in operation today. After waiting at the register for about 8 minutes with no greeting a lady (assumed manager) tells me "You're going to have to wait sir." After I grunted I'm frustration, she said, "We're short staffed and I'm not about to overwork myself for customers."...read full review
I used the ap to order this morning. I arrived and after 15 minutes of waiting I went inside, cancled my order because I couldn’t wait anymore.
I asked for a refund and was told I would get it.
I still haven’t gotten a refund. No one at this store will answer a phone. Can’t talk to anyone at customer service.
Basicaly they stole $10 from me. $10 may not be enough to sue for but I bet the racial discrimination is.

It's ridiculous that this location closes the inside too often in the mornings, causing the drive-thru to be backed up and take forever. This is not good, especially in an area where many are headed to work and it's the main breakfast option.
