I’m writing this because I’ve been sitting at the order screen for 25 minutes with no response. I wouldn’t normally write this but this has happened to me over and over again at this McDonald’s. I see the workers inside. They’re not understaffed. I already placed an online order so I feel like I have to sit here. And there’s currently 10 people behind me in line also waiting. Don’t come here at any time unless you wanna wait half an hour for “fast food”

This specific franchise is greedy in such a ridiculous way. Order a sandwich with only ketchup and mayo, get a $0.75 up charge for the mayo, but no discount for the ingredients that were left off... then get a $0.20 upcharge for a sweet tea... the meal isn't advertised as coming with a drink that excludes sweet tea. Ill be picking the franchise down the road over this one for sure.

You will spend the whole day waiting on your order. The wait is always 25+ even through the drive through. If you have anywhere to be - do NOT go here. They are always “out” of everything as well.

I waited over 30 mins on my lunch break. They had me pull around to the door to wait. The order was wrong even after a parking lot attendant took my receipt in to check on my order.

everytime I come through the drive thru with a mobile order they don't take the code until I get to the main window it usually ends up taking longer than if I just ordered regularly. Then I have to do the mobile order because this location doesn't take discover card where the app does. It usually takes over 10 minutes to get through the drive thru when it's not busy. Can't say I've had a timely interaction at this location, you'll save time driving to another spot and ordering from there instead rather than waiting in the drive thru

Got off the expressway and was like hey, I've got 20 minutes, that should be plenty of time to get breakfast at the drive thru before work!
