I seriously hate this location. Every time I come here there’s something wrong. This time I ordered ahead because the app and Google informed me they were still open at 2 o’clock in the morning. I get here and nobody is inside. I will seriously reconsider just going to Waffle House from now on. Pitiful.

I received a receipt with a survey on it from this McDonald's. I took the survey, got a code, and went back to this same location to redeem it for a buy one sandwich get one free. At first, the obese black male cashier told me they didn't take survey code coupons. I explained that I got it from this location. He eventually asked for assistance from another employee, and she told him to accept it. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, and he had the nerves to tell me that the offer was not for "big sandwiches"! Eventually, I was able to order the double quarter pounder, but when I got back to work, the patties on both sandwiches were raw on the inside but brown on the outside. I didn't have the energy to walk back over and deal with this situation again. But I did register a complaint on McDonald's website and was given case #31739822. I did receive an email from Willetta Byron/Supervisor asking me to call. I called three times and left messages but never received a return call. I even sent an email to Willetta, but still no response! Why launch complaints if McDonald's is not gonna hold their employees accountable! So I've just sucked it up and will not be visiting this location ever again! With this location being surrounded by huge medical facilities (UAB, Childrens Hospital, VA, Cooper Green, etc...) I'm appauled at the poor service I received! By the way, this incident happened in December 2024, so McDonald's had plenty of time to respond to my complaints!!!

Legit worst mcdonalds I’ve been to in any state. Never open, never has the whole menu, horrible service, takes forever, and terrible or wrong orders. If you can avoid this place please do. If it weren’t the only place “open” at certain hours it would be shut down. Cannot tell you how many times ive heard “we only got fried stuff right now” at 9pm. Truly this place is horrible.

Walked in at 10 and a worker loudly yells "LOBBY DOOR DASH ONLY" so we leave and then we go to the drive through and we get told that they are closed.
I ordered a 4 $5 meals one mcchicken and 3 McDoubles for the family and I thought it would be done in 10 minutes it took 45 minutes to get my food done the fries were soggy and cold it was a terrible experience

Woman taking orders was yelling and cussing at another customer didn’t answer my drive thru for 12 minutes to act like they are closed she does it most nights doesn’t matter if it’s 11,12,1,2,3. She’s always rude and then when you get your food it will be 25 minutes total. The food is awful don’t fill fries and they are cold they purposely smash the sandwiches and make them wrong. Cashier was even on FaceTime bragging she’s gonna fight a customer behind us. We stay at the Ronald McDonald house and our babies in the hospital and it’s sad that’s how yall are represented. Husbands orders missing stuff and made wrong my food is awful my drink isn’t even filled up.

terrible!! I called to order and for one they hang up in my face. Then, I call back and they dont answer me. ITS LIKE IM NOT EVEN THERE!! all I wanted was to give my grandbabies some nuggets and they treat me as if im an animal. NEVER coming here again.
