My visit to this location was great the juicy chocolate woman with two nose rings was very helpful and even offered too ring me up while on her break and the older woman with the headset came and took my order when she saw me struggling with the kiosk , although IDK y they don't have iced mocha at their restaurant and we have it at our location, but I definitely have a two reasons too go back keep up the good work teammates , and my crispy chicken Mcgriddle was great fresh food I was shocked being that I'm from Smithfield and have gone to this location over the years , go grill team ,

Everytime I’ve ever come to this restaurant they always get my order wrong and today wasn’t any different. I didn’t fret I just wanted it fixed but it seems they have an issue with correcting orders THAT THEY MESSED UP! The lady manager with the Blue hair is super rude and the employees just fall right in line with her attitude. It’s terrible they all need courses of professionalism before they end up getting the store shut down. Something really needs to happen they always just let any type of people hang around inside the restaurant is a mess.

The fish o filet sandwich was smaller then the mcchicken sandwich and it costed $5.00 for a little bitty fish sandwich and the people working there was just goofin off and I told then I wanted the fish sandwich hot and fish and I got a cold sandwich and people where just walking in the door and going to the kitchen and playing around with the workers I want be back

The drive through was crowded 6 cars ahead but it took over an hour to get to the window and they had to ask 3 times what we ordered and to an additional 15 minutes.

These people are RIDICULOUS!!! you pay freaking 2$ for extra big Mac sauce and they can't even put it on it. I tried to call and complain and there phone was off. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me and I don't even want McDonald's without big Mac sauce. Y'all ruined my day 3 different times. Also I go inside one day and there is a huge line I sat there for 20 minutes and THE MANAGER WAS DOING JOB INTERVIEWS!! y'all should literally be ashamed of yourself

The bathrooms are super dirty, there are no numbers for orders, the bathrooms have no paper, there is no soap, there are towels to dry your hands.
