I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins waiting on someone to come to the speaker just for them to answer in put me back on hold seen 6 cars drive off so i drove off to pass by the drive thru window just to see a car that i was there before get there order taking at the window i was highly upset i will not be returning to this location

Service was slow 1 guy waited an hour for curbside and mine was 20 minutes for drive thru. Couldn't even get the order right. Cheese when no cheese requested and shorted on condiments.

Do not , I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The staff is rude . You may or may not get your food after you’ve already paid. Extremely long wait times . Staff is so rude and unprofessional. I paid for my food, waited 30 minutes , never got it , so I just left . DO NOT GO HERE . Go home and cook.

This is a chicken biscuit. I discovered it looked like this when I got home. Took it back to get a replacement. I was told it would be 6 minutes it was more like 10 and it was slightly less burnt. They need to change the oil out. I wish I had taken a picture of the 2nd one .

Id like to say. That last month this mcdonlads has been doing great. Im always greeted nicely at the mic. There polite and professional. The three times I have been. The food was fresh and everyone had a good attitude. Great job mcdonlads. To all the workers. WE THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!! 😊

The worst mcdonald's ever the food was cold the nuggets and tenders tested as they were old fries soggy and no salt and they didn't give the order completed with missing bacon macdoubles this mcdonald's is so disgusting shouldn't even give no star at all

State Representative

This morning I was rushing. I thought I had put my money in my wallet, but I had put the money in my jacket pocket. I go to the drive thru and order a #11 stating I would like a steak bagel combo with a tall ice coffee. I get to the drive thru window and I can’t find my money in my wallet. I told the cashier to cancel my order bc I can’t find my money. I told him I needed to pullover and park bc I needed to figure out what I did with my money.

I could tell he was clearly upset. . . .

I pullover and I found my money in my jacket pocket laying on my car seat. I get back in line and order a steak bagel combo. I could hear the cashier on the intercom asking me to check my order but I was already driving to the window. I paid for the order. I drove to window number 2?and picked up the order.

I sat the order on my car seat en route to my mother’s house, and I get a call from my brother to go by Baptist Princeton and pick up my mother from her doctor’s appointment. I do that. My mother asks me to take her to the grocery store. I do that. I take her home, take her groceries inside the house then go back outside to my car and get my steak, egg and cheese bagel, except it’s not a steak, egg and cheese bagel combo. It’s a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. I am highly disappointed.

I drove all the way from Montgomery, AL with a steak, egg and cheese bagel on my mind for breakfast. I only eat the steak, egg and cheese bagels from McDonald’s restaurants. I didn’t eat the sausage, egg and cheese because I don’t like sausage. I am disappointed and tired. I’ll call management and ask can I receive a raincheck to correct my order in the next morning.

Pretty decent location order are received in a timely manner no order mistake so far. But they definitely need to do restroom maintenance a family went in to use it and come out saying the toilet sprayed water on their back while they where using it.

I have a problem with the drive threw I made order the younge lady at the first window repeated my order back to then I paid , then I get to the pickup window this lady asked me what did I order dont they have a monitor at that window this is the 3rd time this happened and after I told her she got my drinks wrong twice .I have never seen this at McDonalds before have to do better
