I went here and orders 2 Macchickens with cheese , I forgot to say no lettuce so when I got to the window I ask can get no lettuce because I can’t eat it. She told me if they haven’t already made it I’ll see, so went and ask and came back and told me that they already made so that can’t take the lettuce off. That’s crazy so you can’t make my food the way I want it and I’m paying for it. I ask for the manager and the manager wouldn’t come to the window he just said no. This is not a good place to go for food. Service sucks their rude

This location is beyond ridiculous! I have never seen some many horrible workers in one place. Smh WOW! Just shut the damn store down if your not gonna wait on the customers that pays your paychecks! I would be absolutely embarrassed about this store if I were the owners! My kids and I sat at the counter and waited for 15mins! With no greet or any employees offering to help us. As we did not have card we could not use the self serve kiosk smh I'm beyond appalled!

Still not worth stopping there. Today management and staff cursing at each other in the food prep/kitchen area while the cashier is trying to maintain customer service and take orders. I felt bad for the cashier, the others in the argument in the kitchen area need HR to pay a visit.
