I asked for an order online, when I arrived at the store they never attended me, I waited in a 30-minute car queue when I arrived, they told me to wait in front since the order was not there, after waiting 20 more minutes they never gave me the order. I went back to the customer service and they told me that there was a problem with the order. They did not give me the order, they did not return my money.

Lady gave me a McGriddle without a griddle then refused to exchange it, the fake red head lady with barely any hair on her head at the front counter. Seemed like she was coming down on drugs too had a very aggressive and mean attitude

Horrible experience! Cashier over the speaker was very sarcastic and rude. Once I got to the window I asked if everything was okay with her and she says sarcastically, “I’m perfectly fine.” Then goes on to say that she’s mad because they only have 3 workers…but what on earth does that have to do with your customer service? I didn’t do the hiring or scheduling. Find more suitable employees who can adapt to workplace challenges.

DON’T GO! Whole lobby smelled like cigarettes and cashier was rude and gave no regard that I wanted to order. Just walked around singing, playing, and complaining. Worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. Location would be better if bulldozed.

The customer service is horrible !I pull to the drive-thru and the attendant asks me to hold. After 5 min, ai said "hello", thinking they had forgotten. The attendant says, " I SAID could you hold! HELLO!". I immediately decided that I did not want any thing that she was going to serve and promptly left. I knew that I was taking my chances, and they were as horrible as I anticipated.

I come here probably every other day and there isn’t one day that one of the cashiers aren’t rude as hell. Today I came for breakfast before work and got two big breakfasts and a large iced coffee with EXTRA caramel and WHIP CREAM. This is what I got. Chopped up eggs, hash browns just thrown in the bag and my iced coffee looking bummy, the girl said “we don’t do the dome cups” I worked at McDonald’s for 3 years. I know exactly what they do.

Routinely closes between 6:00/6:30pm. Doors stay open but "the system is down". Everytime Ive stopped here on my way to work. Unless, of course, you are door dash. Then everything magically becomes possible.

Went through the drive-thru at lunch time even though there was a line still did not have to wait no longer than 10 minutes through the whole transition of getting my food and it was fresh it was good the people with friendly and kind and did not get an attitude when I asked for extra

Worse place ever if I could I’ll give them a 0. The lobby was close in the middle of the afternoon and I waited for 45mins for a door dash order. Mean while you can see them playing around inside. If you don’t like your job then quit then. Don’t be playing with peoples time or food

Got a large Coke, tasted just horrible! Had to pour it out. Got two chicken McGriddles, both of the super thin chicken patties had crunchy pieces of cartilage in them, no joke. I only go to McDonald's when I absolutely have to, due to past bad experiences, and this trip only reinforced that decision.

got our food and the order was completely wrong, not to mention a BITE WAS TAKEN OUT OF ONE OF THE BURGERS. there was zero salt on the fries and when we asked for salt and they said they were completely out so no wonder. worst experience i’ve ever had. if it wasn’t for the fact that i went through the drive through and didn’t realize all that was wrong with my order until i had left, i would’ve went in and got my money back.

On 11/03/2022 at 6:50pm, my food was undercooked and my French fries was cold and old. Their night shift manager just picks up and hangs up the phone. The entire night shift is just completely unprofessional and the health department should be called because my children ate most of the burger before they realized it was undercooked.
