My husband and I stop by here at least once a work and the food is usually good and correct but they can be so slow sometimes. But we love the guy who works the window early in thr mornings usually around 6am.. he is always so friendly and he knows us as soon as we pull up lol

The breakfast menu was not taken down at the appropriate time. We ordered then was told we needed to order something else. Then to be told the food was made. This made a rough visit with my grandfather who suffers with dementia.

I’m very disappointed with this McDonald’s. They constantly refuse to provide service after 12 a.m., even though they claim to be a 24/7 restaurant. What’s the point of being open 24 hours if customers are denied service?
On top of that, DoorDash orders are never prepared correctly. Items are missing or not made the way they were ordered. This has happened multiple times.
This location needs better management and consistency. Customers deserve the service that is advertised

This place is completely trash, I can understand mistakes especially in a high demanding area, but they screwed this interaction up at every step. Asked for a SAUSAGE, egg and cheese McGriddle meal, and 2 plain sausage McGriddles, they charged me for only the first part of my order and got someone’s else receipt and meal at the window, I went into the building to correct, and to get the two plain sausage McGriddles, literally had my order skipped over for 25 mins and I just wanted two small sandwiches, and to top it off when I finally got the “corrected order“ they gave me bacon and not sausage😂trash
