Cheese burger took 20 minutes, staff don’t speak English. They communicate through facial expressions only. Very strange experience. Couldn’t tell if the lady at the window was mentally challenged or just having a bad day.

this mcdonald's is horrible. this is seriously the slowest mcdonald's in history. i've never been here and it be a quick thing. the workers often seem irritated in doing their jobs. then quit?? go find another job if it's a problem. the food is often cold too. this mcdonald's really needs to get it together.

Most Mc Donald's are gonna be the same. There arex exceptions, but for the most part, it's all the same. This mc do nalds has been a thorn in my side. It's close to my house and convenience usually outweighs the fact that the service at this location usually sucks. Until my last trip for breakfast. Greatest experience ever. It renewed my belief in people it was so good. Thank you staff! Fyi, this was Saturday morning at 7 a.m. on April 20th, 2024. Hope y'all keep it up.

"I have noticed that this McDonald's is quite different from how it used to be. In the past, when the stores were under the ownership of CLP; CUSTOMER SERVICE was a top priority, unlike now. The Friendly and Welcoming Atmosphere that used to exist is NO LONGER present, and I must say that this is the case with most McDonald's Stores.Previously, the service was much better, and the STAFF was more friendly; they would greet you when you walked in. Additionally, the crew was always Dressed Neatly.Also, the FOOD QUALITY of food has Declined over time. The french fries were warm but not hot; the Chicken Sandwich tasted old.Despite these issues, I did appreciate being able to place my order at the order area when paying with a credit card.At this time, I have no plans to visit a McDonald's again.

I hope they shut this place down ASAP. The employees and ghetto management are rude and disrespectful. I can see why they work at Mcdonald they will never have or be able to work at a corporate job. They make you sit in the drive thru for so long get to the window mess your order tell you that you can use your app all type of ish. This job is made for ignorant folks like these ghetto mfs. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

I ordered coffee in the drive through and ask if they would add sugar and cream in the cup of coffee so I don't have to while driving. They said yes but when I received my order they put the cream and sugar in the bag. I then was told that it was unsanitary for them to put the cream and sugar in cup with coffee. I go to the next McDonald's and ask for the same service it's not a problem. They gave me what I asked for. I don't understand why it was a problem the first time. The second McDonald's say they have a machine that dispense the cream in the cup. Service is lacking
