Now that said no lie I think the absolute worst service of any McDonald's I have been to in my entire life. Like don't see a severely understaffed store most of the time (like five people in the prep/kitchen area and three towards the front running drinks, fries, drive thru and orders coming up out front. Still with 8 people there a single double cheeseburger and a McChicken took no shit 28 mins to get from this location.

Literally have ordered from this place 7 times in the last 2 weeks, and EVERY single time, the order is wrong. Food missing, drinks missing. Just bewildered that they truly cannot seem to get an order right.

Clean facilities and tables. Service was as expected for online order in house pick up - relatively quick delivery, only had to wait a few minutes. Big mac was served warm, no flavor and thin meat patties seemed lower quality than I had remembered. Bun was large, not soggy or stale. Fries were hot a tasty as always. No ketchup self serve available in the restaurant nor were packets in bag so remember to ask.

This the worst McDonald's I ever been too. No cashier taking orders. They don't even acknowledge you are here. Multiple people left the building just waiting to place an order. I left myself. Never will come back here again!

I love when I pay more to have Extra Caramel put on my carmel sunday and they dont even put on what it should come with originally! One of these was supposed to have extra Carmel so I handed one back and this is what I got.
This location is always meh but this morning I went right after they opened at 6:15. Got a sausage cheese McMuffin. Not only was the bread hard and tough to bite into but the cheese was rotten. You’d think first thing in the morning the food would be fresh. Also checking with my doctor, I’m 22 weeks pregnant so I’m nervous about the bad cheese affecting the baby

This McDonald’s has bad service, bad food and even worse staff. My biggest complaint is the older lady. She is notorious for either messing up orders or giving the wrong order and then blaming it on the staff members. On one occasion, I ordered a coffee with four creams and four sugars, of course they didn’t give it to me when I went through, she told me I needed to order it at the window so they’ll know, I told her if she would just pay attention to her screen, she would’ve seen that I ordered it and it was not put in the bag.

I have eaten at this mcdonalds a total of 3 times and haven't been impressed so far the front counter of the morning shift is very welcoming and inviting but I was deeply disappointed when they gave me the wrong order I simply ordered a mcdouble 6 dollar meal and got the customers order behind me so instead of no onions no pickle I just got a plain mcdouble I can say the morning crew is great but when lunch is served you might as well do a swerve
