It was only 2 cars ahead of me and it took almost an hour to get my food then on top off that before somebody came to the speaker I literally was skipped 4x by people who just arrived and the food was nasty n I had ketchup n mustard all over my food which made my burger soggy.

Put in a mobile order to pick up from the restaurant. When we pulled up to the speaker box, we waited at least 15 minutes with no answer on the drive through. When we pulled around to the window, we found there was no line of cars, and the workers yelled at us through the drive through window that they were closed at 11 pm, even though google says they're a 24 hour establishment. We had already paid for our mobile order to pick it up. They had no decency to go to the long line of cars that reached the entrance of the parking lot that they were closed, and we had to do it ourselves. This is VERY rude, VERY unprofessional, and VERY immature for 2 grown adults to do.

These people are so rude any time I come through here. I don't understand why you feel the need to be rude to someone if they ask for condiments or to fix their order. There are no repercussions for their actions, so they just continue to act how they want. I will NOT be back.

This is the second Sunday where I’ve tried to go through the drive thru and have just sat for 25+ minutes for only 3 cars to go through the line. Unacceptable. Both times I’ve placed a mobile order and have never even gotten to the window to actually pick up my food because the service is so incredibly slow for seemingly no reason.

Everytime I place an order the smoothie and ice cream machine down or don’t work they never seem to care and never suggest any kind of decent compensation for the item just a drink when the smoothies and ice cream cost double the price

Placed mobile order for drive thru, they were “out of large cups” so they gave us medium drinks instead even though we paid for large. All of the burgers had ONLY ketchup and cheese, as if they’re also out of every other ingredient or something. Burgers texture also felt over cooked. Only upside was it was quick and easy to get in and out of.

It’s just a McDonald’s, but compared to others I’ve been to it’s a bad one, not exactly what you want to be met with after a long day of traveling.

HORRIBLE!!! Their ice cream machine never works, they are rude beyond rude and for no reason and in top of that you have the drive thru is more a stay here forever!!! They need a better manager or better employees
