Took forever to get my order placed correctly. When my food came out I didn’t get half of what I ordered. Went to get ketchup from the front counter and asked the “Manager” Mrs.Dee and she rolled her eyes at me and looked away. Also said “Manager” was screening and arguing with her co-workers.

Went there after placing a mobile order in advance, sat in the drive thru for an approximately 10-15 minutes and nobody came to the speaker. Went to the window and sat there for a bit. A lady finally came to the window. I was trying to take a picture of the number on the window to call only for the lady to question me about taking the picture, stated it was to leave some feedback only for her to claim “I’m not taking your order then.” I stated “I placed a mobile order” and she remarked back “I’m still not giving it to you” and slammed the window in my face. Absolutely rude Staff, awful service, and the employees were doing nothing. Never got the food but ended up being able to cancel the order via the app.

This place takes entirely too long just to pick up an order i came to pick up order on Dec.1,2024 at 3:40 pm.& waited over an hour only to get the wrong food i ordered a big mac & got home it was just a thick hamburger pattie with 2 old soggy tamatoes, how can you confuse that & it says big mac on receipt and the box .this location need to be shut down or NEW MANAGEMENT, they play too much at this location its very unorganized and they never put your sauce for nuggets in the bag.... Dear MANAGEMENT when sending out doordash orders check behind these kids open the burgers & boxes up to make sure the order is right & put sauce in bag for the nuggets

They can tear this building down as many times as they want but if they continue to hire ignorant,low budget,unmotivated people it's nothing more than a new building! The food is sloppy, location is full of homeless people coming all up to your car begging for money (which is dangerous and a liability)while in the drive thru, then u have to deal with the workers nasty attitude and incompetence! Then they trust to have the music on blasting like it's all good, this is why they can't concentrate and handle business bc they distracted by bullshit! and already could careless!!throw the whole damn staff away and then u may be getting somewhere but long as the money is rolling in the pollution is gonna keep rolling out one burger and uncouth,curt employee at a time !

Had lunch in the restaurant and asked for 1 refill of my drink.. The manager proceeds to aka me if I was eating outside.. As if I would have responded yes she wouldn't have given me a drink refill.. Horrible service

ORDER FROM DOORDASH: Idk what is worse the store inaccuracy and lack of quality and condiments with my orders, the unresponsive dashers, or the overseas BPO agents that shows no empathy when these same issues are reoccurring then after calling and chatting in and getting hung up on or the chat getting ended after asking for a supervisor which still didn't resolve my complaint. They they always think I want a credit.. I don't want a credit, I want better customer service. I spend too much money on this app and continue to pay for a dash pass just to get treated like I'm ordering from UBER EATS.. This is ridiculous
