The people working here will ignore you the service is absolutely horrific and I get it it’s McDonald’s nothing fancy but when your foods been done for 20 minutes just sitting in the back it’s kind of ridiculous and I do not have high expectations for McDonald’s at all but this has got to be the worst one yet

Took forever to get my order placed correctly. When my food came out I didn’t get half of what I ordered. Went to get ketchup from the front counter and asked the “Manager” Mrs.Dee and she rolled her eyes at me and looked away. Also said “Manager” was screening and arguing with her co-workers.
Went there after placing a mobile order in advance, sat in the drive thru for an approximately 10-15 minutes and nobody came to the speaker. Went to the window and sat there for a bit. A lady finally came to the window. I was trying to take a picture of the number on the window to call only for the lady to question me about taking the picture, stated it was to leave some feedback only for her to claim “I’m not taking your order then.” I stated “I placed a mobile order” and she remarked back “I’m still not giving it to you” and slammed the window in my face. Absolutely rude Staff, awful service, and the employees were doing nothing. Never got the food but ended up being able to cancel the order via the app.
