Pleasant staff and clean environment. I felt very comfortable throughout.

Party of 20 had them over whelmed. I did not take home what I ordered. Their receipts have to be a mess. I am sure I didn't pay the correct price.
First time customer. Not a good look. Will revisit when it is not trivia night.

You had 5-6 employees just talking and texting while we were waiting to even get our orders taken. The funny part is we were the ONLY table there, and one person eating outside. Every time we looked up they were talking, and texting. Are you not getting paid to do a job? Seems like they’re being paid to socialize. Anyways, food was okay, but our waitress never came back to check on us so we never got a refill on our drinks. Might wanna review the cameras here and see how much “work” is being done and how much is spent just chatting. Disappointed.

This is an updated rating. The last few times I've been, everything has been perfect, just like the old days. I feel they have their systems flowing better now as well. The extra crispy Maui Wowie from this location is my favorite pizza in Birmingham, hands down.Much love to the whole crew!

Hands down the Best mellow mushroom pizza I ever had.. tried: new taco, super pep, white rabbit, great white, magic mystery, and cosmic karma .. hats off to the cooks! Looked perfect! Service was great! White rabbit was probably favorite.. so much flavor. The super pep was outstanding... Highly recommend this place ! Best mellow mushroom and probably best pizza I have had in Birmingham. Downtown area parking sucks. Another plus, is the wheel chair accessible for this store..Birmingham is terrible for accessibility.

Played bingo won ten bucks great time. I have bad food allergies and they accommodated them perfectly. They even thought someone might have cross contaminated by accident and made a new pizza.

Been coming here for years. Gone downhill badly. Especially the service. Had some of the worst service of our lives tonight. The new girl has a teeeeeribly entitled attitude and got so much wrong. Brought the wrong beer, brought the wrong appetizer, took 15 minutes to even take all of our drink orders much less bring the drinks. Pizza took 1hr+. Was arguing and giving attitude the whole night…Tried to charge us for the appetizer that came after 2+ hours. Just wild. I have served and worked specifically at mellow mushroom and know when things are off. This was beyond off.
