I’ve had some good experiences here before. But today my pizza was deflated, absolutely swimming in grease, and it arrived luke-warm (I ordered thru door dash) honestly I’m very disappointed and probably will just go somewhere else next time

I have ordered pizza here for a few years and for the last year it has been getting worse.I have asked and even begged for a hand tossed pizza....not a thin crust that you can see through. Thanks to the rudeness my entire family has decided to NEVER order from there again as long as the customer is always wrong. I even took pictures and showed them what I didn't want again. He took my order said it wouldn't be thin only to bring it out 40 minutes later and say that's just the way we make pizza, then said he could keep the pizza...lolSince we drove over an hour and spent $30 and a tip for a specialty pizza I thought that was extremely rude. No worries, I'll show everyone the pictures of this pizza and previous pizzas that were thin and BURNT with very little toppings I'm sure people will line up to be treated.Treat others how you want to be treated! I think you have employees that don't comprehend the previous sentence so good luck with finding nice respectful employees, since you really need clean respectful people serving others. Serve safe would be great for your employees and for anyone that cares about clean safe food handling.Aloha,TerriDietary restrictions: Need to make sure your employees don't touch their face, hair, glasses and any other items while preparing food especially with a pair of gloves that don't get changed or hands that were never washed.

Relaxing, all needs met, nicely priced and you couldn't ask for a better staff. I went there today and we had two pizzas that were both Epic and well worth the hour and a half drive to get there.I will definitely be going back.
Edit: last several times we’ve ordered online, our orders are wrong. Staff claims the website doesn’t show our customizations. So we’ve tried to start calling in our orders to avoid issues - yet the phone is always busy. Unfortunately, won’t be ordering at MM any longer because we can’t get through, and can’t trust to order online.Delicious food - staff is always over the top friendly. Great place to wind down with some brews and pizza!

Update: The manager called and apologized and refunded the order price and invited us to dinner. I appreciate the effort he made which was way above what i expected. I have updated my rating based on the management follow up.I ordered 5 pizzas on 2/13 for 11:15 am delivery. At 11:08 I received notice from uber eats that the order was canceled and to call the store. Line was busy for about 10 minutes. Received another uber eats message food would be delivered at 1130. Contacted the drive at 1140. He was the restaurant and the pizzas were gone. He was told someone picked them up. Called the restaurant spoke to a gentleman who apologized said someone did take order and should not have. They were remaking order. I received notice order would be delivered at 1145. I later received a notice the order was canceled. I again called the restaurant told them I wanted full refund forget the pizza. The gentleman again apologized said pizza was on its way and I would get refund and a manager would call the next day. Pizza finally arrived at 12:50. 7 days later no call and no refund or adjustment. As bad as parking is down there, it's worth it because this is the 2nd time we have had mellow mushroom and uber eats disaster
