Love this place! However now that I'm in a wheelchair, there is only 1 table that I can sit at. Please get more low tables.

So very very disappointed …. Pretzels have been removed from the menu. Now they just have pretzel bites. So not the same at all!

The girls here are awesome, I couldn’t have asked for better service than we got. I will definitely be going back! I drove an hour to get lunch here and I will say that drive was well worth it! The service from the server Bella was TOP TIER! The host ( I didn’t catch her name), was extremely sweet as well. Our orders were taken just as soon as we had taken a seat and the food came out very quickly and it was FRESH, HOT and DELICIOUS!

We absolutely LOVE this restaurant. We have family with celiacs disease, and they take so much time and consideration for our needs. We love being able to know We are being served good food that is safe for us to eat. Ease of mind!

This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at Mellow Mushroom. When we arrived, all the tables inside were full, which seemed like a good sign. Once seated, it took about 5–10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Our server was doing her best, but it was obvious she was dealt a bad hand. My family’s food came out before mine, and when my hoagie finally arrived, it was subpar at best. They also didn’t have silverware ready and had to wrap some quickly just to bring to our table.

The biggest issue was the management. There were two women sitting at the bar drinking a pitcher of what looked like margaritas. I didn’t think much of it until I realized both were managers on duty. Meanwhile, the other servers — including ours — were clearly struggling to keep up. Watching managers drink while their staff is overwhelmed is unacceptable and unprofessional.

We paid for our meal and tipped our waitress well because it wasn’t her fault, but the overall experience was awful. We will not be back.

The food here is great and the wonderful staff makes for a wonderful experience here. The pizza is so good, try the house pizza, you won't regret it. And, try the hamburger-its actually one of the best I've ever had, and I would order it anytime. This restaurant has a great vibe and is really one of my favorite places in Birmingham!

The one in pigeonforge TN is 1000 times better I have ate their about 6 times.
Even my parents think so to,the taste is off in hoover.
Haven't tried Oxford yet plan on doing so soon.

Food was GROSS, i am getting nausea just thinking about it! The restaurant was extremely dirty. After the food was ordered the portion looked old and stale so we left it sitting on the table and left the premises. Local Health Department definitely needs to pay them a visit to inspect this place.
