Mellow Mushroom Hoover

Great food. Family friendly. Great wait staff. Greek salad and esperanza dressing are awesome. Fresh ingredients. Awesome to watch them toss the pizza dough. Great White pizza was fantastic. Beer is ice cold too.

Delicious food! And I heard some music that I love and hadn’t heard in a minute which are now on my rotation again! Just THE best!

Ordered a veggie pizza lastnight and it was not thoroughly done. Please take your time to make sure pizza is completely done before sending out in future references. I’m not sure if it was because it was close to closing time or what the case may have been.

I had the calzone it wasn't good at all the butter garlic was just oil

We love all Mellow mushroom places from state to state. This one did not disappoint with the food & atmosphere....but servers weren't too joyful , happy to be there. Maybe next time we will do take out ,which is unfortunate..we'd love to bring friends here .

I love Mellow Mushroom, it has super cool pizza. This is the place to come when you want an interesting pizza. The food is always fresh, as most of it is made to order, but that does mean they have a pretty long wait for certain items. They have lots of options, but if you are a picky eater, I don't think it is worth it. This is not the place to come if you like only cheese or pepperoni pizzas, they are too expensive for that, but if you like something interesting, this is the place. The Kosmic Karma, Mighty Meat, and Pacific Rim are all great options. The pretzels and pretzel bites with beer cheese are also to die for. I don't come here often, as they are pretty pricey, but it is a great treat when I want something different and special.

We love the Hoover Mellow! Anna is the best. She’s served us a couple times.

My family and I had lunch at the Mellow Mushroom and our overall experience was positive. We had the Spinach Artichoke Dip and a pizza. The dip was good the pizza looked great but was lacking flavor.

The staff is friendly. The environment is vibrant and inviting. The food is excellent.

Brady is an awesome server. Very attentive to our needs and wants.

Chloe was the most amazing server this evening!! She did not make a single mistake with my VERY complicated order! I will be back here for sure!

Every other Friday, like clockwork, I call in my usual order—maybe it’s tradition, maybe it’s just because it’s payday. Either way, it’s the same every time:

“Hi, this is Allen again. I’d like a small, crust as thin as you can make it, light sauce, double pepperoni, and cheese.”

Feels a little like Kevin from Home Alone—all for me.

Mellow Mushroom never disappoints. The ingredients are always fresh, and they get the order right every time. The crust, the sauce, the toppings—it all just hits the spot. If you like a good pizza made to order exactly how you want it, this place is hard to beat.
