Milo's Hamburgers

Well what can I say, the fries were not good the food has become hit and miss over the years this store used to be good and consistent but no longer the last several times i’ve eaten here it has not really been that good and up to their original Milo‘s standards, and the last time I came I had a discussion with management and they don’t seem to care. They had a roach call across the table while we were eating, and I explained to the manager showed it to him and he says just throw it in the garbage can over there and that was the end of it.

The food was amazing. The restaurant was sticky. Like everything was sticky. Made me wish we had ordered to go. It was our first time trying Milo’s as we don’t live near one. We get their tea all the time and it was even better at the restaurant. Their sauces were delicious and their hamburgers and chicken sandwiches were perfectly simple.

Anyone touching food should have their hair up and out of their face. I watched a girls hair touch the ice and she continued packaging food orders.

Another indictment of the poor American educational system; order wrong in glorious fashion. "No pickles please"... how do you mess up actually *NOT* interacting with an item? Just don't go near it to incorrectly place it on an order. Treat it like you do ignoring basic instructions. Good friggin' grief. 2/5 stars simply bc I'm hungry enough to have to eat this nonsense.

These days other than at the chick filet you don't see good customer service. That was not the case today! I came into Milos for a quick bite and left with a smile and a full belly. Caitlin was kind and even sparked some small talk! Love when I see great customer service. Thank you Caitlin for making my lunch experience better! Best milos location in birmingham by far!

I will never eat here again. They have the worst service I had to wait 20 mins on my food and they still got it wrong. Don’t waste your time and money. Most ridiculous crap
