The burgers were good, but not the most amazing that I've ever had, but the tea was absolutely amazing as I expected. The service was also delightful.

FIRE THE WHOLE NIGHT SHIFT! Like literally the whole staff present on today 8/14/2024 needs to be fired. The customer service was remedial In nicest terms. As soon as I pulled up to look at the menu the girl was rushing me asking me can she take my order 3x before I could ask my family what they wanted and she didn’t even ask what we wanted to drink until we got to the window. After we received our order she just slammed the drive thru window. (The girl with the grinch edges and long outdated red orange cornrow braids.) When my husband tasted his tea he said it tasted old and like old cologne, I tasted mine and it was the ABSOLUTE WORST MILOS TEA EVER. The burger was unseasoned, the fries were half done and it was a horrendous experience. This was the WORST Milo’s I’ve ever been to in my entire existence and I would starve before I ever ate there again. This was my first and last time eating here, lesson learned!
