I love Milos I eat here like almost every week.
Last night the new girl went off on the girl who’s always been there. I’m on the new girl side. Don’t rush her stop getting tudes with the new girl. She said speak up and the other girl got mad. I’m happy she walked out. The new girl deserves better. I see the manager comforting the girl that’s been there for a while but he didn’t care what happens to the new girl. The new girl needs to come back and take her spot. The girl she got into with is disrespectful anyways and don’t be in a happy mood like the new girl.

I have only visited drive-thru so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. The food is always great and the service is quick and friendly.

Shawn, was amazing and treated us with upmost respect. She did and amazing job and made us happy. If the customer service world could have more people like her it would be amazing. Again great representation of the brand.

Was in town visiting and had to try Milo’s. Always like restaurants that we don’t have back home. Shawn was amazing! We told her it was our first time and she helped us decide what to get. Customer service, food, and atmosphere was amazing!

Small place. Weird drive-thru

Took 13 minutes to get our food. Fries were hot, hamburgers were not. Mine had so much ketchup on it I had to wipe most of it off (and I like a lot of ketchup). It was all on the outside of the bun as well as on both the top and bottom bun. My husband's burger tasted like a school hamburger with milos sauce on it. We were unfortunately, very disappointed. Restaurant itself seemed clean and not busy at all at 4:45pm on a Thursday afternoon.

Shaun is the BEST hands down!! Her customer service is A1! They need 1 of her at all the Milo's. I come to this location just because of her customer service and the CLEANLINESS of this store.

Store manager, Shawn, offered the best customer service ever! I was visiting from MS and had never heard of Milo's, the restaurant. Shawn gave the back story of how Milo's is the same Milo's that makes sweet tea. That's why the name was familiar to me! I tried both a burger and chicken tenders with fries. EVERYTHING was delicious. Kudos to Shawn for exceptional customer service and kudos to Milo's for the great food. I will be looking for Milo's whenever I travel from now on!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!! We were in town for the Queens concert and stopped by becahae we'd never experienced Milo's before. The customer experience was BEYOND top notch!!! The managers Shawn and Jeri King were the most pleasant people I've ever met!!! They gave extraordinary service!!! Allowed us to sample many items and sauces!! Before leaving I happened to mention it was my birthday and they had me leaving feeling like royalty!!! Freebies left and right!!!! We will definitely be back whenever we come back in town!!!!

Customer service was excellent!! Shawn, was one of the most customer focused managers that I have seen in a long time. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Birmingham.

I love this location! Shawn specifically is beyond amazing! Never been to an establishment where a person is this kind & helpful! I mainly buy Ice when I go there, but she make me feel like I’m purchasing a full course meal! My family love Milo’s & a person like her at the downtown Birmingham new location makes it worth it!

To the Milo’s Executives & Management, please keep her & pay her well!
