I visited this location on Tuesday and they were super busy but the young lady on the grill was doing an amazing job running from position to position I applaud her for working hard and getting everyone in and out i had the thick burger and it was hot and fresh. It was so delicious ? i had to get one to go for dinner great job young lady ?

First time ever being here & eating this . I don’t live in Birmingham just traveling back & forth with my mom to UAB , we live in Mobile. Never heard of Milo’s besides the sweet tea , love the extra sweet by the way. Didn’t know too much about the food but Ashely was able to help me figure it out , yall need to give her a raise or acknowledge her in some type of way , her customer service is outstanding. She laid out a whole sample tray for me to try the different sauces on the food before ordering. I’ve never had anyone do that anywhere that I have gotten food . Not even in Mobile . Keep up the great service Ashley!

I haven't never eaten at Milo's when I asked Ms. Angel Cohier what she recommends, she gave me the biggest smile and said hold on I got something for you, the other customer started smiling, she came with a simple tray and I tell you, I could have order one of everything. She were so respectful, very nice, she spoke clearly with proper english, and her customer service was just outstanding. Her co-workers was nice, and they all worked together to get the orders out quickly. My food was hot all the way down to my apple pie, and everything was delicious. Ashlye, Kamura, Quita, Junn, Chris and Thomas are true gems of this location! It was our first time visiting from out of state and they friendly patient and explained the menu very well. 10/10 experience and will definitely circle back to this location during my visit to BHM!

Literally freaking starving after getting back from Tuscaloosa and I decide to try the Milo's downstairs from my friends flat, but the garden trolls working there have shut it down half an hour early and are walking around the store laughing at the people outside wanting food. I remember when Milo's was an outside-seating restaurant in competition with Sonic. They have always been on top of it and so extremely professional all these years. And this location being so close to the original Milo's... This is sad.

stop by here simply because of the name. Tried the tenders, peach pie, apple pie and of course the tea. Service was great except for the young lady in drive thur wasn't listening. We ordered 3 tender combos all with a sweet tea and an extra tea and 2 peach pies, and 1 apple pie. she had it right at first but then assumed we didn't want the extra tea and took it off. we had to pull up front because the food wasn't ready. I asked about the extra tea and she came back and said they lady didn't charge us for it. Ok I get it but she assumed that, it was there we ordered it and she made it apart of a combo, not my fault so why didn't she just give me one complimentary (idk, but wasn't about to make a big deal of it). Other the that food was hot and correct. Tenders can be cooked a little longer, fries were prefect, peach pie was ok (crust was bland), and apple pie was good. over all I would return (maybe to a different location because this one was a little tricky to get into), but I wont make it my business to drive out the way to get it. we were traveling to Mississippi and stop by because it was only 20 min from buc-ee, but off my route.

The app and the fact that it is a 7 minute walk from my job makes Milos my favorite lunch spot. The food is always hot. The most convenient thing though is the drive thru. I can order on my app, hop in my car and be back to work in no more than 5 minutes. However, I usually take the walk because I need the exercise. Staff is friendly and they seem to be team players.

I never do reviews. But I was treated like a no one. Very very poor service. Stood in line and was completely ignored for 20 minutes. Watched other customers order and receive food while I was ignored. Never in my 26 years have I seen anything like this before. Racism is still alive.
