The downtown Birmingham location is by far the best Moes I have ever eaten in. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was even able to see how they diffused a situation with a disgruntled customer who falsely accused them of overlooking her they called her name several times while I was in the restaurant I know because her name was Candace lol. Anyways I wanted to shine the spotlight on these hardworking individuals. Great food, great service, all around great team. Keep up the good work and Slyce, Willow and Carmetha you guys rock.

I ordered from here on DoorDash. It's like they didn't even read my order. I ordered everything on it, and it ended up just being a rice burrito. And they didn't give me chips and salsa. Huge disappointment
Food was not good. Rice was crunchy, flavors are not great. Bathrooms are subpar. Music is too loud overall would not return again.
Kind staff that make your order as you please. Love this place
Got here at 9:45 and they said they’re closed lol but the sign says 10. Get y’all people together
Moe's used to be way better than what it is now they've changed some things about their rice or something and it just doesn't taste the same as it used to but other than that it's pretty good
First time I have ever been disappointed in the food at Moes. I ordered a salad with steak. Had very little choices of what to choose from to put on salad aside from beans and rice. The steak with tough and tasted like it had been heated in the microwave. No cucumbers, tomatoes so my salad consisted of lots of lettuce, undercooked onions/peppers and cheese. The onions and peppers were exactly the same color, grey. So disappointed in the food.
You'll get sick! This Moe's has gone downhill to the point where your health is at risk. The place is nasty in general--it smells like rotting food and sour dairy mop water-- but the cross contamination risk is real. The staff is either poorly trained or just careless. Placing raw meat on the same cook top next to cooked veggies right before pulling the veggies off the cook top with the same gloves is a no no.
This is only my second time at this location in a calendar year. It took me over 6 months to give it a second shot, but this experience was worse than the last and I will not be back. Last time, I got very sick. I was spared this time, but my mother wasn't so lucky. I grew up around here and have been going to this Moe's on and off for over a decade. I moved back to town last year and was disgusted by its current state. Pay attention to the other reviews that say similar things and avoid this location for your safety. Your wallet will also thank you. 3 burrito bowls and drinks was $70.
I have ordered from here at least 6 times this semester, and every single time they have left out multiple ingredients from my order. They have also constantly left out my queso and salsa that I order on the side.
I ordered a steak quesadilla and a bowl of queso. Just that alone was over $25, that was outrageous. The quesadilla had very little toppings on it and I didn't realize the small amount of chips I got until I got back to my wife's hospital room. I was totally disappointed by the quality and amount. I will never go there again. Stay away. Way over priced for what you get.
