Absolutely horrible experience receiving food via DoorDash. I ordered a bowl, side of queso, salsa and chips and a quesadilla, cup of queso and salsa and chips. I did not receive the side of queso or chips and salsa. I would think that each entree came with their own chips and salsa but maybe not. The bowl had more rice than the meat, and 7 veggies could even cover. I wish I had taken a picture. I literally ate rice. The grilled veggies that were added were raw and uncooked bell pepper strips and some unidentified chunks. They appeared to be the white inside of the bell pepper but once again, it was raw. It’s so sad that I spent so much money to only get half of what I ordered and the portion size is apparently a way to save on food cost on the “free toppings”. I will pass on visiting this location again. I’m sure they bank on traffic due to location but your main customer are the everyday worker, sales will reflect the lack of service soon.

The manager, Nakita, at the Moe’s near UAB, was very attentive to my requests and with my food order. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to ensure all of my orders were correct. I had a fantastic experience at this location and it is because of Nakita that I will be ordering from Moes on a regular basis.

I'm not one to typically leave bad reviews but this location is trash.I was disappointed last time and tried to give it another chance.I got a homewrecker bowl. It was pretty skimpy and I'm upset by the small amount of food I got for $15. Could have at least added more rice and lettuce to make it look like a full serving. Rice was however undercooked and slightly crunchy. And there was only like 4 pieces of wilted lettuce.AND I DIDN'T GET MY CHIPS AND SALSANever again....

I just went and placed an order online to get dinner on my way home. Went in after the time it said it would be ready to just be told to go get at the back of the line and come through. Rudely I might add. That sort of beats the point of ordering online, paying online, TIPPING 20 percent online for them. Then getting home and I don't have the chips, I don't have the queso I ordered, I don't have the stack I ordered, nothing not one thing is correct about the order not one. I've taken pictures of my receipt and order and hope to be able to post them here. Worst experience I've had with any restaurant around here and I eat out a lot. Nothing was right and rude bad service on top of that. So if you like stuff like that this is your place. 22 dollars to get nothing you wanted nothing.

Service was absolutely unnecessarily awful!! A sign was posted for $7.99 Monday Burrito special. I told the girl I wanted to order the special. She replied she didn’t speak English. (????) I pointed to the sign prior to motioning for the other counter girl to help me explain. They both looked at each other as if neither spoke English. The manager finally came but she too was extremely rude . I will Never return. Worst service ever!! I also think I was over charged

I really wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I went and I would have probably toughed it out. I walked from visiting my mom in the hospital to get something to eat. It was the closest place. The meat in my burrito was so hard it was pathetic. I tasted something sour when I bit into it. A waste of money and time. But most of all I risked my health to food poisoning.
If I could give no stars I would.. we waited in line with others for about 10 minutes before the lady even acknowledged us it wasn’t a hey how you doing sorry for the wait it was do y’all want chips with y’all order…Attitude for no reason the employees were clearly mad with each other which doesn’t give the ok to be rude to customers….My quesadilla wasn’t cooked all the way when I asked could it be cooked longer the lady who made it just walked away and ignored what I said and the other acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying she just kept showing me the food.

I found one of those things that u pull off to open water ruined my whole appetite, honestly I would go to the one in gardendale so much cleaner
